Very poor experience with this dealer. They collected the purchase price and were not able to fulfill the deal and backed up- asked me to sign another contract and put the watch back on the market. Still waiting for my money to be transferred back. Sorry- I would not make any deals with this seller.

very sad to hear your unhappy comment. unfortunately after 3 phone callings by chrono24 system and my words you are not still understand what's happened. the watch was available for you, no one ask you to reject the offer. we had just a fiscal invoice that chrono24 should re-make to you... but the price was the same and the watch was hold for you. I suppose you were not interested in the watch..

hello sir, the cost of the shipping is not included. the watch was the same, was shown as 2004 year instead of 2001.. ( was the same watch .. )

The enquiry process and order negotiation process was smooth. However once i made the payment i didn't hear of my order for a few days since i checked out through Chrono24. After paying an expensive watch online the least you can expect is that the dealer contacts you frequently or gives updates frequently but i got the tracking number only after a lot of constant follow up and writing to Chrono. When i received the box it was torn although it was mentioned it was a brand new piece. Anyhow, i immediately sent it to the Local Omega boutique to get the strap changed to a steel strap and after completion when i removed the sticker i was surprised to see so many scratches on the plexiglass! I mentioned it to him but he mentioned that warranty is void because i changed the strap. There were a lot of visible scratches which we noticed only after removing the stickers. He mentioned it can be polished and i accepted but he should have been more patient and understanding and not deal with every customer like they are cheaters. I've been collecting watches for more than 15 years and this was one of the stressful experiences. He has a good selection so i recommend that you buy from him but get all the facts cleared out first. Overall I'm happy with the watch but its not what i expected.

Hello, thanks for your update. first of all, I explane about the the delivery. from the moment of accepting our deal and pay the chrono24 system, the parcel has left Rome to UAE after only 5 days, ( in the system chrono24 we wrote 1-2 weeks for delivery ). when the parcel is sent by ferrari deliver ( only insured luxury goods ) they don't give us straight the details for shipping of course for the safe of travel, it's not like Fedex and ups , not insurance delivery with fast tracking info! second point there is also the custom issue time delivery from Europe to UAE, and in all this time we have explained to the customer that he will receive news just when the package should be arrived in his territory, the parcel was insured for totale value as always with Ferrari! the watch was an ALASKA PROJECT NEW OLD STOCK from 2017, with all stickers and 2 different bands steel and textile put in the box never worn. all pictures shown in the system without any scratches. we have also checked right now! when the package arrives to customer, he decided to bring in to OMEGA UAE, to put the new steel band on and... then shows me the scratches, not before! anyway I don't know if they have scratched it.. but I have all the photo of the watch in every angle in perfect condition. we try to always satisfy our customer, and I have suggest the customer to polish the little scratches by omega since the glass is plexy and is so easy to do. we are sorry if our customer will be unhappy for 100% with us and hope to do new business and make happy next time. best regards

Bonjour , Entreprise Très longue à donner une réponse, voir pas de réponse au phrase de courtoisie et aux questions . Montre arriver avec retard et surtout une rayure vers le bas du verre de saphir et un petit éclat sur le cyclope et petit choc deformant , non mentionnée sur l'annonce et non visible également sur les photo (photo possible à l'appui ) elle était annoncé sans défaut état excellent ce n'était pas le cas. Donc déçu de cette expérience. Cordialement

We are very disappointed about your purchese. But we want to clarify that our post on chrono24 has described totally the same watch we have sent you, used condition, full set , real photos. I am not agreed that your comment after receiving the watch has been : " the watch wasn't new " . The watch wasn't new and it was decribed as 1 mint condition , so for my opinion we have done our work good as the 99% of customer that trust us. like one of the best shop online in the world. For the policy of the return purchase via web we have brought back the watch, but we didn't accept your reason about this. because watch was used and good described with real photos and maybe you didnt read good the post because you were looking for a NEW 0 CONDITION. BEST REGARDS
