当初在庫確認をした際に在庫ありと連絡がありすぐに注文したにもかかわらず結局在庫がなく、注文がキャンセルとなった。非常に無駄なやりとりであり、買えると思っていたものが買えず残念である。

Our sincere apologies this customer. When we initially discussed this watch him, a single piece was available at our dealer. Unfortunately, by the time the order confirmation came through via chrono24 the watch had been sold. We could source another brand new & fresh piece with a delivery time of a few weeks as the watch is on a relatively short backordered from the company However the customer chose not to wait. This is a very rare occurrence.

Dealer not communicative. I had to initiate contact to a reply. 3 weeks later when the latest shipment date was 16th- was told a shipment label was created. That evening FedEx told me the shipment was cancelled. I got some excuse about the whole industry running late and on backlogs. That’s irrelevant. What’s relevant is communicating with your clients what’s going on. In that respect I give them zero stars. What miffed me the most was the accidental creation of a shipping label, on the last day before was unwilling to wait. This was beyond the 2-3 weeks specified by the dealer.

We were upfront with the customer about the initial wait time. Unfortunately, the delivery date was extended by a minimal time frame. We were absolutely in contact & upfront with the customer. Sadly, the nature of back-orders is that it is not an exact science. Our sincere apologies to this customer.
