At first, I trusted the seller WWJD di Soave Alessadro, cause he had good comments, I found that reassuring. He cashed the amount of the Rolex, but never wanted to send it. I relaunched 6 weeks for delivery, every week it's a new story not to ship the watch. This seller is not a trusted person. Despite this, the seller puts under different transaction's numbers the same watch, without being able to own it in stock. Beware Au début, j ai fait confiance à ce vendeur WWJD di Soave Alessadro, car il avait de bons commentaires, je trouvais cela rassurant. Il a encaissé le montant de la montre Rolex mais n a jamais voulu envoyer la montre. J ai relancé durant 6 semaines pour la livraison, chaque semaine c’est une nouvelle histoire pour ne pas expédier la montre. Ce vendeur n est pas une personne de confiance. Malgré cela le vendeur remet sous différents numéros de transaction la même montre, sans être capable de la posséder en stock. Méfiez vous

Dear David, I'd like to reply correctly to your feedback. You proceeded with a Trusted Checkout inside Chrono24, so you paid to Chrono24, not to us. We never "cashed" your money, that has to be clear. We shipped the watch with a long delay, due to italian holidays and due to our chief's honeymoon, but sadly it has been stolen, which results in a loss for us, not for you that will get your money from Chrono24. We replied to every mail, we spoke at the phone (both with you and with at least 2 Chrono24 employees) to explain this situation and we forced them to refund you even if the package could be still delivered to you if somehow will be found. If this is a "not a honest and trustable" behavior from us, we're very sorry, but we did the very best to serve you, without touching your money and suffering the loss of the watch your purchased. Hello. We understand for delay. It happens. But the watch's arrived and date doesn' work, it shouldn't happen. You have to check more carefully before sending. I'm not very happy with that. Thank you.

Consider that it's an intervention that usually is solved in minutes by a good watchmaker. We're deeply sorry for your not complete satisfaction.
