I sent an offer for a watch advertised on Chrono24. Joaillerie Royale accepted, and I received an email that the watch was now reserved for me for 4 days. Just two hours later I sent a message and asked a couple of questions before making the payment. I simply wished to see a picture of the box and certificate of the watch, as it was advertised as coming with both, but none of them were shown on the pictures in the ad. I now got a short response that the "watch is reserved for someone else". I wrote back, saying I didn't understand, as they had just reserved the watch for me. I got no reply. I wrote again a bit later, asking if they are a serious dealer, and why, after asking a few simple questions, the watch was suddenly "reserved for someone else." Joaillerie Royale now accused me of being aggressive and wrote that someone reserved the watch in their shop. I asked again how that someone else could do that, when they had just reserved it for me for 4 days. But I received no answer. I proceeded to write a public review of Joaillerie Royale, and subsequently they then sent me this message: "You remove your review or we do what needed." I wrote my full name when first contacting them, so I actually got worried about what this seller might do. I added this new information on my public review, and Joaillerie Royale now wrote a reply saying: "Warning : We never did business with this person we dont know him , this is a fack (sic) review ! the purpose of these person is simply to harm poeples (sic)" This is obviously untrue, as I would not be able to write the review you are reading now without actually having had dealings with Joaillerie Royale. On a side note, although Joaillerie Royale wrote to me that the watch had been reserved for someone else in their shop, it remained for sale here on Chrono24 for about a week, and was then sold through Chrono24. It goes without saying that I will never consider doing business with this seller again.

A nightmare. The box was damaged, the warranty card was unreadable … Now I m waiting for my money (I return the watch long time ago and they say that they don’t receive it / what a chance I use Dhl and I can prove it) Last advice : you should read comments on Google about them :)

unfortunately I am broken. I ordered a watch and paid. After the payment, the seller canceled the order. the seller did not offer a discount on the next purchase at that moment - he just canceled the order

Vom Kauf zurück getreten... Seit mehren Tagen erzählen Sie mir andere Geschichten. Erst sollte die Uhr auf Lager sein wie in der Beschreibung. Dann wollten Sie die Uhr nicht am Wochenende versenden wegen Sicherheit, (auch gelogen weil sie die Uhr gar nicht haben!) und sagen mir wir versenden dann Montag ? Am Montag rufe ich wieder bei ihnen an, und ihr Kollege sagt mir das es Schwierigkeiten bei der Lieferung gibt, und die Uhr noch nicht vorrätig sei ? Also erzählen sie mir sachen die nicht stimmen, und jetzt wollen sie mir sagen sie warten auf die Uhr ??? Bei so vielen Ausreden fühlt man sich als Käufer unwohl und belogen.

They accepted the order for a Rolex 116710LN, I made the payment and after that they asked me not to pay for the watch since they had already sold It to someone else. I had to ask the bank to revoke the payment. Really unplesant

Vendeur extrêmement malhonnête. A fuir. Montre soit disant comme neuve mais dans un sale état, pas d'étanchéité alors qu'elle est censée être révisée. Confirmation de la société Panerai qu'une montre révisée est obligatoirement étanche car le remplacement des joints est obligatoire. Les avis négatifs sur Trustpilot et Google reflètent l'expérience désastreuse que j'ai vécu avec ce Vendeur. Le vendeur ose me dire que c'est moi qui ai abîmé la montre. Montre acheté, reçu le lendemain après-midi et le lendemain matin je déclarai les problèmes. N'achetez pas chez eux.

Ovendedor cancelou o meu pedido sem justificaçao plausivel . Eu estou confinado em casa com o covid 19 e tentei pagar com o meu cartão visa no meu computador pessoal e pedi ajuda porque não estava a conseguir. Ontem fiz o teste e deu negativo. Ia pagar hoje atraves de transferencia bancaria no entanto a transaçao foi recusada pelo vendedor pelo que considero que o vendedor avaliou mal a situação ou agiu de má fé .

I paid $6700 for this JLC Reverso, and it is not working correctly. It needs to be calibrated. It is running very fast. ( it runs 10 minutes fast every half hour. I am not impressed with the description that the seller posted. It was not disclosed that the watch needed to be calibrated. I may send this watch back

False advertising / worst experience / horrible outcome I negotiated the purchase of a watch through Chrono24. I asked the following questions from this so called “Trusted Dealer”: - any scratches? The answer was that the watch was like new. Serviced and polished. - original box and papers? Yes, all included. I received the watch and you could see scratches everywhere. This was confirmed by Jaeger Le-Coultre in Sydney! JLC recommended a service! The box was NOT the original box and “papers” was a card that had a name and no place / year of purchase. I tried to reason with Mr Simon Djanaschwilli without honourable outcome. Chrono24 also tried by suggesting a discount from the price of the watch to address the misrepresented item. No result. What a horrible experience. I will be pursuing this matter with all relevant authorities. I asked Chrono24 not to release the payment from Escrow until I receive the original box.

I bought a watch that was described as to be delivered with a full set (papers and box). After I paid the purchase price I received a call that the box is damaged and they will send me a box within the next 14 days. This not enough, the watch didn’t have (as it was expressly guaranteed by the seller) original papers (COSC and bootleg was missing). I was told by people who are familiar with Panerais that the Panerai card that was send by the seller was a fake card. For me this was obviously as the card had tipping errors and the dealer stamp was blurred. I can’t understand how this was not obvious to the seller as he is (like he says) 30 years in the business. The whole purchase was a whole disaster. Furthermore the seller told me that the crown has no black shadows, which were obviously visible on the pictures before the purchase. After asking him about the shadows, he confirmed that this is only a light reflection. After the watch finally arrived I was surprised that the crown indeed had a black spot/cratch. I returned the watch to the seller. He told that he will ask panerai officials whether the card is faked, which from my perspective makes no sense because this is obviously the case. He never said that he is sorry or even mentioned the fact that the crown had a black spot/cratch. Surprisingly it looks like the watch is again for sale on chrono24 (according to pictures and description of panerai listed by the seller), declared as to be delivered with original box and papers. I highly don’t recommend this dealer.

Entgegen der Beschreibung waren keine Orginalpapiere vorhanden, dafür wurde ein Hauszertifikat mitgesendet. Nach Kaufrücktritt wegen fehlender Papiere hat der Händler keine Rücksendekosten übernommen. Nach der Reklamation ging der Händler auf Tauchstation.

Il venditore è poco serio ed affidabile in quanto dopo aver dato il prezzo, si è rifiutato di fornire altre foto esplicative della scatola e dell orologio. Nel momento in cui ho deciso l acquisto, inspiegabilmente ha aumentato il prezzo di 300€. Imperdonabile e comunque scatola difettosa e di un altra referenza, orologio non conforme con le immagini. Chrono24 ha fornito un ottimo supporto, grazie a tutto lo staff.

I have taken the watch to Cartier for a service. It costing over 1000Euro to repair. The battery fluid had leaked on the inside. The watch is not in working order. I have been sold a dud. I do not know what to do about this.
