1. I paid for the watch, then he said it wasn't available. With tax and shipping $48,500 2. I went to his website, saw it was $44,500 and reached out to him via WhatsApp and he said it was available. 3. I said I would buy it, he said $50k and said he has a disclaimer on the website that prices are subject to change at anytime. I felt if he paid the shipping with Ferrari it was still an excellent price for this watch. (not import duty taxes) He agreed in writing via WhatsApp to cover the shipping for a flat purchase price of $50k. Nope! Ferrari hit me up COD for the shipment costs. I had to use a credit card. Again, I never expected import duty taxes to be paid. I've been buying watches abroad for 30+ years. Unless you are local to him, I'd stay away.

Our watches are fast moving - coming & going. a. we have a store b. we have many different online platform. c. all of us sales representative is active, whoever client get to pay first, gets the watch first. 2. Our website is different from chrono24 platform and any other online platform. 3. Buyer is responsible for import tax and duty, never the seller. 4. Ferrari never ask for shipping fee as it automatically charge on the seller account. Nevertheless, we are very sorry for any inconvenience that have caused you. Before I pay I have asked about the availability of the watch due to the money I would lose in exchange from my currency to payment currency which’s USD the exchange rate was really high because the payment was from credit card, then the seller confirmed the watch is available, after I paid they said sorry the owner Sold the watch, that was very bad experience

A very disappointing experience. We agreed a price for the advertised watch and I made payment. The dealer then said he didn’t have the watch in stock and would I accept a similar but different version. I declined and now I have spent a week trying to get my money back from Chrono24.

After paying the price, I was told that I had sold it when I contacted him because the mailing procedure was not completed. What about other models at the end of the list without apologizing? It was the worst response.

Complete waste of time. Slow to respond, increased the price of the watch after buying, had to buy second time for higher price because he decided original price was too low. Then he wanted to send the watch without the strap after I already paid. Had to cancel the transaction after escrow. Ovoid buying from this person and save yourself all the headaches, not worth it!
