De info die ik had gevraagd aan de verkoper klopte totaal niet met het geleverde binnen 2 uur nalevering heb ik het retour gezonden ik voelde mij zwaar belazerd. vraag 1. hoe BREEDT is het klokje, schrijft hij terug 24mm en dat zou voor mij de gewenste BREEDTE zijn, edoch het klokje bleek 22mm te zijn zoals ik ook aan u met foto ondersteuning heb geïnformeerd. Flauw heel erg flauw om op deze manier zaken te doen bah.

Estimado cliente, tanto la comunicación como el envío fue impecable con usted. nos cuesta mucho creer que por la diferencia de 2 mm usted haga la devolución del reloj que estaba en perfectísimas condiciones. caja libros documentación original y garantía de 1 año. 24mm es la medida del reloj desde la corona hasta la caja y 22mm de caja como todos los cartier phantere oro de sra. aun así usted tuvo su devolución inmediata sin ningún costo que corrio de nuestra parte. en lo sucesivo le recomendamos se informe de la medida del reloj que esta comprando pues es genérica para todos los modelos igual. así mismo lamentamos su experiencia con nosotros pues nuestra maxima es que nuestro clientes queden super contentos!!!! un saludo. y que sea feliz.
