L’article correspond aux photos et à la description même s’il était spécifié comme neuf mais qu’il manquait le second bracelet Nato d’origine. C’est surtout les échanges et la communication avec le vendeur que je qualifie de minable, à la limite de l’impolitesse. Ne vous attendez même pas à un bonjour ou à la moindre formule de politesse dans les échanges, vous ressentirez vite son agacement… quand il voudra bien vous répondre ou pas ! Je n’aurais jamais réalisé l’achat en magasin avec cette personne comme interlocuteur.

The box lock was damaged, it was obvious when the box spring opened the box involuntarily after opening the packaging. I couldn't reclaim/send back because the transport lasted very long and the watch was a present. Dealer refuses to communicate: no answer regarding neither the tracking number nor for the invoice. I asked in English and Italian (DEEPLE) for the invoice as PDF file. No answer. The watch itself is great and condition is perfect but the warranty is dated a couple of moths ago (July), I thought I bought a new watch. I don't recommend buying with the dealer. PS: @dealer please don't bother to answer now

we are sorry If you found the outer box carton little damaged. probably comes from the shipping. about invoice you already receive the bill by ferrari inside the package and we have 10 days after shipping to send you. but I think this is not a big deal if you receive after some days, no problem invoice is here! you buy a new watch and a new watch come to you. nobody write the exact month. the watch is 2021 and is new. if you expect a watch dated fresh probably you need to ask in Official retailer!!
