Răspunde foarte greu la mesaje, deși comanda era plătită și nici măcar nu a expediat o. A trecut termenul in care eu trebuia sa mi primesc comanda și domnul nici nu o expediase. Cei de la Chrono24 mi au restituit banii. Deci nu recomand, plătești dai mesaje și aștepți mult și bine comanda. Asta am pățit eu

Bought a nice Paul Picot Firshire Chrono watch from WWJD di Soave Alessandro . The seller said Automatic movement, NOS (New Old Stock), Box and papers. I received the watch in a plastic pouch without the protective cellophane ! Why because the watch doesn’t fit in the box the box is made for leather strap watches ! I shake the watch but nothing happens, I had to wind the watch because I has a mechanical movement. Another lie. New old stock well my watch has been sold on 1/5/2021 it has stamped warranty papers ! Yet another lie ! Definition New Old Stock : refers to aged stock of merchandise and still new in original packaging and never been sold to a customer !!!! Buy cleaning the watch with a cloth i detected small scratches ! So the watch has been worn. And there is more I contacted the seller and he said that it was all the fault of Chrono24 with their autocompiler?? So I contacted Chrono24 to ask them to adjust my Trusted Certificate but the answer was we can’t modify the Certificate because the info on it is the info we (Chrono24) have received from WWJD di Soave Alessandro. Unbelievable! I am appalled that this can happen on Chrono24 this was my first and last purchase. So please check, double check before buying!!!! And yes I am keeping the watch because of its design but I paid way too much for not being new and not having an automatic movement and been worn!

Subsequently doubts arose in you and you even accused us of OMITTING photographs from the offer on this portal. Considering the fact that upon specific request, we sent additional shots in order to avoid misunderstandings, we consider this evaluation unacceptable. For your benefit, contacting Chrono24 we canceled the offer that you yourself proposed. Two stars for communication is in fact a paradox. Egregio Dott. I., le faccio notare che in prima battuta le abbiamo mandato TUTTE LE FOTO che ha richiesto (bracciale, chiusura, condizioni generali ecc), rispondendo tempestivamente di fatto a TUTTE le Sue richieste aggiuntive, specificando ogni particolare dell'orologio in questione. Le vorrei ricordare che ha fatto un'offerta autonomamente, senza contattarci preventivamente, alla quale abbiamo risposto positivamente, accettando uno sconto importante sull'oggetto. Successivamente si sono palesati in lei dubbi e ci ha addirittura accusati di OMETTERE fotografie dall'annuncio su questo portale. Tenendo conto del fatto che a specifica richiesta, le abbiamo inviato scatti aggiuntivi proprio al fine di evitare incomprensioni, riteniamo inaccettabile questa valutazione. A suo beneficio, abbiamo proceduto con Chrono24 all'annullamento dell'offerta che lei stesso aveva proposto. Due stelle per comunicazione risulta di fatto un paradosso.
