Seller failed to mention that the case screw holes were stripped out and that there was “gunk” all over the watch case and on the face. Pictures did not clearly show the true condition of this watch. Unable to return because my jeweler had already put the brushed finish back on the watch before finding the holes stripped when he attempted to reassemble.

The watch received with large amounts of scratches on the case back glass which doesn’t mentioned on the condition. The pictures quality is quite poor and out of focus that it looks like they attempt to cheat the buyer. I asked them about this issue when I receive the watch. They did not respond. It is quite disappointed that they claimed that “the watch is in their logistics so that no more additional photos and gain / loss time keeping can be provided before payment. It is an unhappy experience to buy watch from this shop. Please pay attention if you really want to buy watches from them.

This seller had described the watch in more detail, especially the back with the remark that there were only slight scratches. On the picture, which unfortunately was also heavily overexposed, you could not see anything. But on the back there were still remnants of an engraving that they tried to polish out. Polishing was also not mentioned in his description. I confronted the seller with the fact, but he didn't even apologize. The seller offered to send me the watch back, but I would have been stuck with the costs (customs and fees) and a lot of time. If I describe something accurately that is not true, it is a lie to me. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this dealer, because you should be able to rely on the word of a dealer. Dieser Verkäufer hatte die Uhr genauer beschrieben, speziell die Rückseite mit der Bemerkung, es gäbe nur leichte Kratzer. Auf dem Bild, was leider auch stark überbelichtet war, konnte man auch nichts erkennen. Aber auf der Rückseite befanden sich noch Reste einer Gravur, die man versucht hat, heraus zu polieren. Das polieren wurde auch in seiner Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Ich habe den Verkäufer mit der Tatsache konfrontiert, aber er hat sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Der Verkäufer bot mir zwar an, die Uhr zurückzuschicken, aber ich wäre auf den Kosten (Zoll und Gebühren) und viel Zeit sitzen geblieben. Wenn ich etwas genau beschreibe, dass aber nicht der Wahrheit entspricht, ist es für mich eine Lüge. Ich kann leider diesen Händler nicht weiter empfehlen, denn man sollte sich auf das Wort eines Händlers verlassen können.

We are sorry for your disappointment. When our company performs polishing it is shown in the description under maintenance. In this case we did not polish the watch, it was done by a previous owner and this is how we purchased it from the second hand market. We accept returns for any reason for 14 days and it is possible to claim back customs upon proof of return.

Nach Bestellung der Uhr würde diese aufgrund von fehlenden Information des Händlers beim Zoll gehalten. Ich musste mehrmals mit dem in Kontakt treten um das Problem zu lösen. Als die Uhr angekommen ist musste man unvorbereitet extra Kosten an den Postbote zahlen. Dies sollte auch Bar und passend erfolgen, sonst hätte er die Uhr mitgenommen und ein anderen Tag wieder gebracht. Als ich endlich die Uhr in meine Hände hatte, war die einfach defekt und hat nicht funktioniert.

The watch was advertised as good condition although in the description very good was also used, the crystal was described as having no scratches. No defects described or shown on the pictures. There was a comment saying the watch may have been polished. However when the watch arrived a large area of the crystal had had its anti reflective coating polished off. This was very noticeable in hand. The seller refused to pay return postage as they said that it was shown on the photos, and also said watches described as good can have scratches! Therefore they knew of the defect. In the photos this appeared as a reflection. Beware

The watch was not in working order, despite the ad saying it was. It was running extraordinarily fast (+ 11 hours/day), had water damage inside and needed a complete overhaul. I complained to the dealer and they offered a $100 credit, despite the watch needing an overhaul costing $900.

The watch was not in “good working order”. Their responses to my complaints were pre-written robot messages which were the same ones that other reviewers complained about. It took them 5 weeks to resolve the matter. I returned the watch for credit. I will never use eLady for a purchase. Waste of time.

The watch has been repaired and has different coloured dials to what is advertised. Also, the watch requires an immediate service as it gains time and stops after its been taken off for two hours. I have also complained that an additional £312 had to be paid on duty into the uK making this watch expensive as I could have purchased the same form a UK supplier for about the same amount with papers., Now if I send this watch back I am still £312 down. They have said I have to complain through you. I have had to pay £312 duty and now £700 for a service. Poor form. I would like some recompense but form the sounds Japan is making, they will not negotiate saying I had to make contact with you guys initially. Very poor. I am a thousand pounds out of pocket. Be careful who you advertise for, These guys and others like it will give you a bad reputation.

The watch does not tell the time correctly. When i brought it to Swiss Lab (watch repair centre), installing new battery does not work. There is a bad battery leak and the watch needs servicing overhaul which costs me $550!! Very disappointed that you have dishonestly sold me a defective watch.

Everything was fine until the watch arrived in my house and I realized the crown was broken! The package was intact and the watch was very well wrapped up so it´s impossible to claim "we checked the watch and it was not demaged when we shipped to you!". What a absurd situation. Maybe, eLady is a overall good dealer but it´s a fact: they destroyed there reputation with me.
