thanks for your recomendation ! maybe we are not the cheapest in the market, but we are trying to be one of the best and offer guarrantees , 100% authenticity and stock all the original parts for the future (movement parts, case and bracelet parts and dials etc) . What could we do better regarding shipping (only 2 stars out of 5 ?), the item was shipped the same day and delivered the next day. And what could we improve with the comunication and the description for only reaching 4 / 3 stars out of 5 ? Thanks for letting us know, we are always interested to improve, happy new year !

dear customer, i apologize for the trouble you went thorugh with this transaction, but i think it is not fair at all giving us such a negative feedback. First of all, when customs authorities get involved neither UPS Express nor i can do anything about it, acutally nobody in the world can do anything exept customs . Second, what can i as a dealer do when there is really a manufacturing defect (this is something your watchmaker said but i never had a chance to proof) that may have happened 20 years ago ? I offered you without any discussion to send you UPS express to your door to pick up the watch for a full refund, with paperwork and export documentation prepared, but you rejected my offer and preferred to keep it. Dear Sir ! We love happy customers only, since 39 years, and we always can solve any problem to our customers satisfaction, but you never gave us a chance !!!! I believe, that your comment is nothing what we deserved.

Bonjour, le diamètre d'une montre indique toujours le diamètre extérieur du boîtier sans mesurer le Krono ni les poussoirs. Le diamètre du cadran n'a aucune pertinence pour décrire une montre. Par conséquent, nous ne comprenons pas tout à fait la note, car en 38 ans dans cette industrie, cela a été fait non seulement par moi, mais également par tous les autres fournisseurs du monde entier. Il va de soi que nous acceptons les retours même si nous n’avons aucune faute, car la satisfaction du client est notre devise dès le départ.
