Peter,Just note to thank you for kind reply and assistance in returning the IWC watch as well as facilitating my refund.Please understand that I have purchased almost 20 watches with Chrono24 over the past 4 years and this is "the first one that I have felt the necessity to return" due to poor customer client relations with Luuc.All the other individuals with whom I have dealt at Watchdeals have been more than helpful and most kind in trying to resolve the watch strap issue being an XS.I am not sure if you have a trace of our correspondence from the beginning, but first Luuc accused me on not knowing how to measure a watch strap length by saying you "only send watches with M watch bands. After contacting IWC France directly they further confirmed that the watch strap was indeed and XS. When I recontacted Luuc with this information he stated that, "yes, this was possible, but in the watch description" nowhere does it say you have to state the watch strap size." To which I said, by sending an XS strap, you eliminate 2/3 of the watch wearing population and most other dealers state when the watch strap is XS to warn buyers!Later, he said we could send a new strap and then cited 275€ as a price, which any fool knows is 25€ over the IWC 'list price".I then said, I was sorry and that I was going to cancel the order. Luuc later wrote back that after discussing the matter, he could send a new strap at no charge.When I asked about delivery time, he said the office was closed as it was a Friday, but he would contact me the following week. Being of good conscience, I said that I would be willing to return the strap, (as it was obviously new, just too small). Not hearing from him, I recontacted your office which informed me he did not work Mondays. When I did have a return email from him , he said to return the strap, but nothing about a delivery date for the replacement strap. I recontacted him and he said he was not sure when the strap would or could be delivered. At that point I decided to return the watch.I find it a pity to have had all these problems with your site, as I have literally had nothing but good replies and exceptional customer service from all other sales persons. All except from Luuc!It is a pity to have not been able to have done business with you and Watchdeals as to my mind, beyond the poor customer service and accusations from Luuc, "all the other persons I have dealt with have been more than kind AND professional.Rest assured that I have not given up doing business with Watchdeals and I find you are very professional and a class site! Die Uhr wurde als Neu und Ungetragen angeboten und darauf wurde im Inserat mehrfach hingewiesen. Der Preis wäre fair gewesen und der Versand hat gut geklappt. Soweit war alles ok, doch dann fing es an. Die Uhr war definitiv nicht neu oder ungetragen. Die Uhr war nicht foliert, der Anhänger mit Preisschild fehlte und auch das Stoffsäckchen fehlte in der Box. Die Uhr selbst wies Kratzer auf der Schließe auf und das Band wurde schon einmal gekürzt und dann wieder falsch zusammengesetzt. Ich war mit der Uhr bei Omega und die hatten das sofort gesehen bevor ich noch was sagte. Dazu kommt noch Auf Grund dieser Tatsachen hätte ich noch über eine entsprechende Preisanpassung verhandelt, doch dann stellte sich heraus, dass die Uhr keine Werksgarantie hat. Der Grund dafür ist, dass die Garantiekarte nicht gestempelt wurde und der Verkäufer die Garantie nicht aktivieren kann, da man nicht weiß, wer der Ersthändler war. Somit hat die Uhr keine Garantie. Dass sind alles Punkte die im Inserat nicht ersichtlich waren. Die Uhr wurde dann nach einem eingehenden Schriftverkehr auf Kosten des Händlers wieder zurück genommen.

This was very deceptive listing, seller stated that watch is new/unworn and that it was manufactured in 2023. Upon receiving and inspecting, I found that watch was manufactured in 2017(!), furthermore the clasp was damaged (coating brushed off in a small area) in a way that it was certainly worn before or at least handled inappropriately. Seller only resolution to that was to sell me a new clasp for 25% more than I was able to get it at a local AD. To be fair, watch itself seems unworn with full manufacturer warranty and I was searching for this model for more than a year now, to no avail. So I’m still satisfied with the purchase, but given all, I can’t recommend this seller and won’t be pursuing any future business with them.

La montre (décrite comme neuve et jamais portée dans l'annonce) est arrivée dans une boîte sale, avec un côté délavé et des traces d'étiquettes arrachées. De plus, la carte de garantie n'était pas validée. La seule solution que m'a proposé le vendeur était de me rendre à Maastricht (50 km A/R) pour recevoir une autre boîte et faire valider la carte de garantie. Ce n'est évidemment pas normal car le deal ne prévoit pas d'imposer d'autres frais et désagréments à l'acheteur. Il appartient au vendeur de vérifier que ce qu'il envoit correspond parfaitement à la decription de l'annonce. Je n'ai reçu aucune proposition de dédommagement du vendeur et donc ne le recommande pas.

Nonostante avessi un ordine confermato e fossimo d’accordo sul fatto che avrei eseguito il pagamento il giorno successivo, il commerciante ha venduto orologio e me lo ha comunicato solo dopo un mio messaggio dove lo informavo che avrei disposto il bonifico in giornata.

Received a submitted offer, purchased, and was told the watch was gone. Communication delays are significant too.

Choque sur la montre non mentionné dans l’annonce. Mauvaise fois du vendeur qui indique visible sur des photos prises de loin. Pas de geste de dédommagement. Décevant pour un gros marchand.

The month indication is not properly set in the window. It’s tilted at about 30 degree. After checking with a Patek watch repairman, I was told that the watch needed to be repaired to properly align the month indication. Disappointing !

Händler hat immer schnell geantwortet, dies ist sehr positiv. Leider hat der Händler in der Beschreibung nicht auf einen sichtbaren Kratzer auf der Lünette hingewiesen. War auf den Bildern bei genauer Betrachtung zu sehen. Der Versand der Uhr erfolgte ebenfalls mit Verspätung- erst nach über einer Woche, obwohl versandfertig innerhalb 1-3Werktagen angegeben.
