Hello, I'm very sorry that you did not understood this was a custom aftermarket replacement part, as written on the offer and as the price should "inform" as well (instead of 400€ of the genuine one). You're fully entitled to return it within our return policy anyway. We do not understand your feedback, since you never tried to reach us and discuss with us any issue with your order. Even the 3 stars on shipping are incomprehensible, since we shipped out, as per ALL OUR ORDERS, with DHL Express service with super fast delivery. Hello, I'm sorry to hear these words from you. During the longest negotiation we ever had for a dial, we sent you (upon your request) more pictures of the whole dial, front and BACK. We supposed that those pictures were meant to be somehow useful, since precisely asked, instead of a pointless attachment. The damage (a missing feet) was extremely clear, but a good watchmaker would have been able to install the dial anyway with little effort. Since we agreed on the defect, we offered you a great discount on the price, sent pictures, and gave a lot, really a lot of time (something like MONTHS) to show the pictures to your professional watchmaker. Honestly we did our best to show you any possible detail, any possible solution, but of course the easiest way to solve the issue with you was to take immediately back the dial and refund you for you purchase. It will be for a next, maybe luckier, time. Kind regards

Dear Marek, first of all when buying an used watch, you should be aware that certain models require to cut the rubber strap to make it fit to the original owner AND you should at least ask the current size since you know you have a large wrist. Second, once you received the watch, you asked for a mediation and we IMMEDIATELY offered you a brand new Ulysse Nardin rubber strap FOR FREE (and you never replied to our offer). Third, this watch at the CURRENT SIZE wears a wrist up to 18CM (which is way larger than a "kids wrist"). Last but not least, it's not because you CAN write a review, that you HAVE TO write those reviews that discourage customers to buy from us because of your lack of attention or because you never replied to a plain and clear offer to could have solved ANY issue.

Hello, thanks for saying that it's your fault, you're very honest since the dimensions are clearly stated in the title and description and from 36mm on it's commonly considered a men's watch (and of course this model is a men's watch). May I ask why the shipping was so poorly valued? We ship with express delivery and you got the watch in less than 36H, with all the paperwork and protections. :)

You're totally right. During this period we've been appointed to sell this Yatch Master on behalf of a private customer. It's been more words than actual facts and we had to lose the sale, misbehaving at the eyes of a customer like you. Due to the small volume of a hands set, we ship them in a bubble wrapped package, with a solid plastic box in it to protect the hands, which are supposed to lay on a soft layer inside that plastic small box. This way is truly hard to see them fall off, if the package comes in your hands "unopened" by the customs or somehow mistouched. So far this is the usual way to ship light parts like hands, dials and other watch components (we ship all over the world with the same method, from Asia to the US, from Finland to South Africa). By the way, we're very sorry for your disappointment, and of course we're always on your side to solve any issue, even for returning the set with full refund if not satisfied.

Dear Customer, I'd like to reply pointing out every evaluation: - First of all, you started the Trusted Checkout on 11st December and completed the payment only on 19th. We shipped on 20th and you got the watch by the 21st (the tracking code assures us that yes, we're this fast in shippings, with double protection over and inside the package itself). We acted the best way possible, even with you long time payment and under Christmas time. - Second thing, the watch itself. It IS in mint condition, with no dents and no issues, as per pictures taken and our condition check. Since it's a watch from 2010, we had it serviced by our watchmaker and can obviously not be considered NEW. - Third, communication. We replied to every question you made in MINUTES (even at 23.58 at night, and the chat could confirm this). You did not informed us that you delayed your payment at your needs, and we still replied in minutes. Then you asked if we shipped the package (and YES, in minutes we confimed the tracking code, instead of taking the same long time you took for payment). - Last but not least, you left this comment without contacting us, without letting us to help you or solving any possible problem. How can we help a customer if he do not communicate with us? Please check our other reviews, it will be clear that we act in a very different way than the one you wrote.
