unfortunately the dealer did not respond to my request, I asked for the photo of the guarantee certificate and I did not receive any reply !! in addition, the watch had no links and I tightened it so I had to buy two shirts out of my pocket, you don't sell a watch with a tight bracelet. in addition, the kit did not have the gmt booklet and the protection for the guarantee !!! positive aspect is that the watch is very nice.

Feitelijk heb ik geen oordeel over deze firma, vandaar de gulden middenweg met een oké. De communicatie verliep wat mij betreft onnodig stroef en is het niet tot een deal gekomen. Ik heb meerdere handreikingen gedaan en had dat ook van de andere partij verwacht. Dat de deal niet is doorgegaan vind ik jammer, maar blijkbaar zijn er bedrijven die zich dat kunnen permitteren. Kleen heeft overigens wel mooie horloges, en wens hen veel succes.

all communication was ok untill I bought the watch, after that very bad, I returned the item, now seller claim damage. All wrong I recieved a watch which was damaged from the seller, advice take a look at the sellers homepage.

The offer stated that the watch was sold with it's original box and papers. In fact the box was not original and the papers where gone. I only received a duplicate certificate. To me a watch is worth less without it’s papers. Therefore I am not very pleased.

Watch arrived with the second hand broken. Likely Bc of shipping. Very difficult to get fixed Bc everyone locally wants to charge for maintenance however I found someone locally to fix it. They only gave me a partial reimbursement vs. full which is a disappointment.

Costo della spedizione molto elevato per il corriere utilizzato. Orologio lucidato, quindi bello esteticamente, ma con gravi problemi meccanici (ghiera debole, perni bracciale completamente consumati e/o piegati) e di funzionamento (nessuna impermeabilità e movimento ben lontano dai paremetri Cosc - Revisione non effettuata o effettuata in modo approssimativo). Ottima disponibilità del venditore nella comunicazione e grande serietà nella gestione della contestazione. Purtroppo rimane il fatto che questo orologio non può in alcun modo essere considerato ottimo come da descrizione. Se l'orologio fosse stato presentato come soddisfacente (o al massimo buono) il mio giudizio sarebbe stato positivo.
