Angeblich wurde die gekaufte Uhr eine paar Stunden vorher im Ladengeschäft verkauft. Der Händler hat aber sofort geschrieben, dass man nicht bezahlen soll. Also trotz der Endtäuschung ein professionelles Verhalten.

De horloge band was te klein en ik absoluut geen dikke polsen . Het kwam er op neer dat ik zelf bij Bvlgari maar kopen . Toen ik zei dat ik dat geen service vond en koop ontbinden wou ,had hij zelf al schakels besteld ! Had geen goed gevoel bij deze verkoper.

The watch was in mint condition, so I am very happy with the product. The seller was also very responsive in the run-up to the sale. After that, things were not so great. The dealer said they would ship right away, but took several days to send the item without any explanation why – Chrono24 had to nudge them to follow up. The item was neatly packaged and arrived quickly and in good condition, but it was delivered with a neighbour. It took many repeat questions to get the seller to find out from TNT which address my package was delivered at. I would expect an item of value to be shipped with instructions to deliver to the named recipient only, but regardless it was unacceptable how difficult it was to get the seller to share the information that made it possible to retrieve the item. So, in summary: great product, not great service or communication from the seller.

Der Versand war sehr schnell. Leider war die Uhr an der Lünette beschädigt, was auf den Fotos nicht zu erkennen war. Der Verkäufer hat angeboten die Uhr zu reparieren. Von diesem Angebot habe ich jedoch keinen Gebrauch gemacht. Die Kommunikation war ok, jedoch etwas anonym gehalten, weil ein Name des Antwortenden immer fehlte.

I will start with the positive aspects: the outside of the watch was exactly as described: very good. After it was clear that the watch does not work properly (and Chrono24 was involved) the dealer offered to repair it (it was sold with a 3 years warranty) or take it back. That is OK, but it does not justify an inaccruarte description. Unfortunately -- although I asked explicitly -- the dealer did not specify what exactly is guaranteed when repairing it: that the watch works somehow or that it works according to the specifications of JLC. Giving it back or for repair is also far from free: either one has to go to Brussels oneself or pay 140 Euro for ensured sending. Now to the problem: I wore the watch one day and already after one day it was visible that it was way too fast. I put it on the timegrapher and it showed that -- depending on the position -- the watch was up to more than 50 seconds a day too fast. According to the description the watch just had a maintenance. I decided to not send it back for a repair. If it had a maintenance and the watchmaker handed out a chronometer grade watch which is that inaccurate, it would not be a good choice to give it to that person again -- especially if there is no information of what exactly the result should be: JLC specifications or maybe +- 15 seconds a day... I sent it in to JLC and their result was that the balance wheel is defect and that the oil was hard -- implying that the last maintenace -- if the watch ever had one -- was very long ago. So it is very likely that the maintenance (that was explicitly claimed to have been done) did not take place. The repair -- and a real service -- costs 1.595 Euro, Even aside from this, one may expect from a dealer to perform some basic check on a watch. Detecting that this one is defect would take just a minute: put it on a timegrapher and the +50 is a clear sign or just wind it up and already the next day it is so far off that the problem is clear. Either even this basic check has not been done -- or the very relevant result was not mentioned. Selling this watch as "good outer condition, but needs service" would have been correct.

Durant la vente, j'ai alerté le professionnel sur la taille de mon poignet (plutot large) lui demandant si l'ensemble des maillons d'origine du bracelet étaient fournis. Celui-ci ne m'a pas répondu sur ce point et m'a livré une montre dont il manque 2 maillons sur le bracelet rendant impossible la mise à la taille de mon poignet. Il me propose de m'adresser 2 maillons neufs mais me demande d'en partager le coût!

Montre emballée sans soin, boîte ouverte dans le paquet avec les papiers frottant à moitié sur la montre (risques de rayures). Bracelet non authentique, bricolé sur une montre tank de Cartier. A peine visible sur les photos quand on sait que c'est le cas, impossible à deviner autrement. Aucune mention de cela dans le descriptif. L'expédition a pris plus longtemps que prévu, mais peut-être le vendeur était-il en congé (c'était l'été donc cela n'est pas si choquant). La validation du remboursement a été effectuée assez rapidement, j'attends maintenant de voir cela apparaître sur mon relevé de carte de crédit.

Obwohl der Kaufpreis schon übersandt wurde, trat der Händler von dem Kauf zurück. Auf nähere Fragen per E-Mail wurde nicht näher eingegangen.

J’ai appris que la montre était vendue après avoir effectué mon virement. La solution de remplacement proposée était bcp plus chère. Néanmoins la boutique semble professionnelle.

Attention !! La boucle du bracelet de la montre Breitling n'était pas authentique ! Si vous cherchez de l'authenticité dans sa globalité cherchez ailleurs !!! Malgré tout... J'ai mis trois étoiles pour la facilité de la communication avec le vendeur pour l'annulation et le remboursement.

Leider entsprach die Uhr nicht den Beschreibungen, was letztendlich nicht meine Meinung war, sondern die eines Rolex Konzessionärs!

Die gekaufte Uhr wurde mit "sehr gut" klassifiziert. Leider befindet sich auf der Lünette ein grosser, leicht erkennbarer Kratzer! Dieser Kratzer ist auf den Bildern nicht sichtbar gewesen. Der Händler beschreibt nach Reklamation diesen Kratzer als nicht nennenswert, was sich meiner Meinung nach, nicht mit der Beschreibung deckt, bzw. laut Verkäufer ist die trotzdem in einem "sehr guten" Zustand... Ich habe einen Händler ausgewählt um genau diese Probleme zu vermeiden, aber scheinbar ist das nicht der Fall. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Kommunikation mit dem Händler und kann daher keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Positiv sei dennoch zu erwähnen, dass die Uhr sehr schnell bei mir eingetroffen ist.

The box wasn’t complete, the book with instructions was missing, also the Breitling tag was mising (the plastic coin) I didn’t recived the breitling authenticity certificate, i only recived a authenticity certificate from the seller not the Breitling geniune one When i wanted ths scan the QR code to activate the guarantee on the breitling site it was showing that the guarantee was activated on 17:11:2021 and i recived the watch on 28:12:2021 The watch looks and works perfect, but the description it wasn’t acurate When i ordered te watch in the description it was saying that the watch wasn’t used and i will recive the complete box

Lieferung hat zwar länger gedauert als angegeben aber war ok. Leider gab es Probleme beim Rückversand da man als Privatperson keinerlei Hilfe bekommen hat, quasi einfach mit seinen Problemen stehen gelassen wird und Nachrichten bekommt welche nichtmal übersetzt werden. Bei solchen Beträgen wünscht man sich natürlich etwas Service den man leider nicht bekommt.

I'm in general happy with the purchase of a Panerai PAM176 through Chrono24. There are a few points for improvement: * I had a few questions before the purchase, where one was if the watch had the Panerai sandwich dial. As this specific model historically is available with both, it was an important question for me. The answer I received, "look at the pictures", was not satisfactory. I judged the pictures to be with the sandwich dial and if I had received the watch with a painted dial I would have returned it. It would have saved us both a lot of potential trouble with a simple yes/no answer. * For Chrono24 after the purchase and the funds were transferred, the indicated delivery time showed was October 28- November 2. The watch was not even shipped until after the expected delivery date had been surpassed. I would not have objected if the expected delivery time had been longer from the beginning, but now you delivered an expectation which wasn't fulfilled. * On the left bottom lug, there has been a dent that has been grinded off, taken away a significant amount of metal. This was not particularly clear in the photos, probably depending on the photo angles, but it is obvious when holding the watch in front of you. I'm not overly concerned about it and would have bought the watch anyway as I think the price reflects this condition, but I would have appreciated to get the information before unpacking the watch.

Prix compétitif, réception rapide, montre conforme aux photos (de mauvaise résolution), communication très contestable. Polissage de l’acier brossé différent de l’original (cornes polies en cercle) et difficilement détectable sur les photos présentées. J’ai annoncé mon désir de faire une vidéo Unboxing sans intention de parler du vendeur car ce n’était pas le propos. Le vendeur, n’ayant visiblement pas compris la démarche, s’est permis de me dire avec un grand mépris que selon lui je voulais « m’afficher avec ma nouvelle Rolex ». C’est déplorable d’entendre un tel cliché venant d’un professionnel du luxe, quelque soit la destinée de la montre. C’est aussi un manque flagrant de connaissance et de considération vis à vis des passionnés de montres voulant, anonymement, partager entre eux leurs nouvelles acquisitions.

Die Reaktionszeit des Verkäufers war hervorragend. Die Uhr im makellosen Zustand, mit original Verpackung und sämtlichen Schutzfolien. Sie wurde auch als ungetragen beschrieben, leider war die Garantiekarte schon seit 5 Monaten aktiviert. Das bedeutet dass diese von der Garantie von Breitling abgezogen wird, also nur mehr 19 Monate. Die Uhr war makellos jedoch muss man ehrlich sagen, dass die extrem guten Preise auch Gründe haben. Leider fehlte das Lederetui für die Garantiekarte, es wurde mir jedoch versichert, dass es nachgeschickt wird. Ich verstehe zwar nicht ganz wie das passieren kann, da es ja am Photo abgebildet war, aber okay.

livraison FEDEX irréprochable, partie de Belgique le matin, arrivée moins de 24h après en Bretagne française, en mains propres. La montre était vendue avec touS SES papiers. conformément à l'annonce. la montre omega est arrivée avec la carte "international warranty". pas de carte chronographe COSC, pas de carte pictogramme et sans porte carte omega. le tout couvert par le site chrono24, qui se défausse en disant: "la montre n'est pas neuve ce n'est pas un full set". Vous voila prévenus, quand vous lisez sur l'annonce "Avec coffret d'origine, avec papiers d'origine" (et papiers au pluriel...) c'est different de "full-set". autrement dit "Avec coffret d'origine, avec papiers d'origine" signifie "uniquement avec la carte de garantie"...
