The seller incorrectly stated that the watch comes with the original box and papers. Neither of these were delivered. I do not recommend the seller in any case.

Submitted the order for the asking price for a Rolex OP. I was allowed to pay for it, despite getting notified that they had already sold the piece. Cannot understand why listings don’t get removed when a watch is sold. Credit card got processed. Took a few days for a refund, but why go through that? I do feel some good faith from the dealer would be appreciated, such as trying to source another piece.

They need to check before ! The watches are available or not ! Because 2 times i paid for watches but they were sold out from thier stock . They refund my payment but take 5 days to appear in my account

My parcel was lost by their courier UPS. Communication before transaction was good. However, after reporting missing parcel, their communication is not as prompt.

The seller changed the description; he made you an offer with modified rules delivery and another with wrong ref numbers. Be aware of ordering to check all their modified trusted checkouts.

Accepted their messaged offer, transfered the money but got told the watch was sold in store and had to cancel the order all by myself.

Watch arrived with low amplitude and the chronograph function did not work. Neither was disclosed beforehand. Had to service it for over $500 USD soon after arrival to fix the issue. My watchmaker told me the inside was filthy. Seller was unwilling to give a partial refund ($100) towards repairs. Physical condition was accurate though.

Horrible buying experience, date was not working, unwilling to pay for repair costs, finally purchase cancelled, the promised shipping label did not come, sent back on my own via DHL, I cannot recommend this seller.

Unfortunately, my order was falsely described. The seller happily accepted a return and I was finally refunded, however the returns process took around 6 weeks to complete which was excessively long. I was left out of pocket for the Australian GST and duties which I was unable to recover.

Il était décrit un bracelet en caoutchouc dans le descriptif et les détails. La Montre indiquait et montrait le bracelet . Et le bracelet n’a pas été envoyé à cause d’une partie du bracelet en peau de crocodile . J’ai du racheté un bracelet neuf en Suisse en plus du prix payé au vendeur Si cette information avait été notée et il n’y avait pas eu de confusion. La transaction aurait été parfaite mais la c’est difficile . Le vendeur a accepté un refund de 100 chf alors que le bracelet neuf coûte 540 chf. Il s’avère que le bracelet est caoutchouc et crocodile cela aurait pu être précisé et surtout pourquoi mettre de fausses photos. .

The second hand did not fly back to 12 o’clock and then it fell off. Watch is in the shop now. The watch was packaged well and shipped promptly but either something happened in shipment or the watch had flaws not described. My only communication with the shop was answered in Japanese, which is fair, but I (unfortunately) can’t read Japanese.

I looked at the watch 20 times. Asked numerous questions. I made the purchase then asked the question “is the watch in running condition?”. Received an email that said item was sold. They do communicate well given the different time zones.
