Promised me the given time frame and only delivered after around two months. Seller was being sarcastic when answering my questions and wasn’t friendly. Reason given was he’s got enough of answering buyer stupid questions.

I initiated contact to purchase the watch and apparently didn't reply in a timely manner (less than 24 hours), and my order was cancelled. Once I got back in contact with him, everything went fine. Purchase was made, watch was received. It was meant as a gift for my husband, who was out of the country when the watch came in. Once he was able to look at it, it was a bit snug on his wrist and he wasn't comfortable with normal movement. Since I was within the 14 days, I requested to return the watch and was sent shipping information by Chrono24. The seller, however, contacted me and told me I couldn't return the watch. I explained what the issue was and was again told I couldn't return it as it was a special order and and 'it's a policy of all major watch brands' to not accept returns. He did offer to find a solution and replace the strap, but as that would essentially change the watch, I didn't want to do that. It spiralled into multiple text messages, where he called me a liar, told me I was putting his family in this situation where his boss will make him responsible for it. He asked to speak to my husband, even though I was the purchaser. He continued to berate me and eventually told me that he 'hoped that one day I'd be in his shoes, but 10 times worse', that this will 'one day come back on me', and that I 'destroyed 6 months of his life and wanted him to lose his job'. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this seller ever. Ever. Just don't.

Unfortunately some customers don't understand that when they buy a watch they sign a CONTRACT with obligation. There should be a reason to return the watch and not just doesn't fit right. Chrono24 is a very respectable company but because of the European rules they have 14 days return policy. Our company doesn't have this luxury like you can't buy a car and return it in 14 days because you didn't like it. I would agree to accept a return if the watch was sitting in the company store. But we ordered the watch personally for this customer and now can't return the watch back to the factory because factories don't accept returns and now we will be sitting with it for days or even months. It's a loss that the company will suffer simply because the buyer was so stubborn not even to try finding a compromise. We are 3 decades in this industry and it's a shame that some customers don't care about others and only care about themselves.
