cher JC, la couronne de remontoir n'était pas décrite comme "originale", et en plus elle était très reconnaissable sur nos photos. Je suis donc un peu déçue que tu fasses cette réclamation alors que c'était clair et net lors de la commande. Je te remercie néanmoins pour ton évaluation positive et te souhaite bonne chance.

The box arrived with a split on the outer box on one of the corners. This was not highlighted whatsoever by the seller otherwise I would not have bought this item .

The transaction went well; efficient and timely. However, I did not appreciate being asked to "suggest a price" only to have the dealer not counter either of my offers, and insist on the listed price. That was a waste of my time. If you will only accept the listed price, you should not ask to suggest a price.

Ordered Just a single part, and the condition was not as described and on the photos. Got told that this was overlooked because it was one out of many same parts , apologized, and imediately offered me a proper discount or full refund! So i would still reconmend this seller.

Tuttavia, allo stesso tempo mi chiedo perché non abbia trovato ottimale la spedizione, la quale è stata consegnata meno di 24 ore dopo il suo ordine. Ha anche criticato la comunicazione, nonostante un notevole sconto, ma ho sempre risposto entro pochi minuti e ho reagito in modo flessibile e tempestivo alle sue richieste speciali. Un movimento "nuovo e completo" come dichiarato dal venditore di solito viene fornito con asse di ricarica e corona, la rondella elastica "talco" è arrivato piegata ed ho dovuto mettere quella del vecchio movimento (in mio possesso) per farlo funzionare. Per ora funziona, (ho rimontato l'orologio ieri sera).

Grazie per la valutazione complessiva positiva. Tuttavia, si può vedere molto bene nelle 3 foto che questo movimento viene offerto senza gambo di carica e senza corona di carica. Purtroppo non conosciamo il termine "disco Talko", se ci facesse sapere il codice del pezzo saremmo lieti di verificare se abbiamo questo pezzo in magazzino, e glielo invieremmo gratuitamente e senza indugio. The watch over all is keeping very good time and has been accurate a couple seconds the last week. This watch is new old stock. Meaning its been sitting for two decades, unworn and not serviced. I'm a little scared now that the watch will require a service very soon, because while winding it...it isn't very smooth and seems like it could use some oil. Other than that, it seems to be operating just fine for now. O&W just recently updated the movements they use and will be selling them this winter, along with new watches. They may be reissuing their old field watches with new models and updating their current flight and dive watches. Will be interesting to see how they evolve. This watch I purchased is reissue, under previous ownership of the company. Its changed a few hands since 1958 when the Swiss company was founded. For a company that is so young and Swiss...it has a rich history and makes real tool watches that seem to be slightly forgotten at times or fade in and out of history...but still a reputable maker of watches. The shipping sticker for proper handling and no X-Ray was small. Should be larger.
