Great service that fell down when the Watch arrived in the UK. FedEx sat on the package for weeks with no comms at all and very difficult to communicate with. Eventually delivered at wrong time to that specified. Use another delivery service if possible next time!

After order was confirmed and money was in escrow, they informed me the watch had already been sold elsewhere. Went from that new watch feeling to having no new watch and my money held captive in escrow over the weekend. Not a fun experience, but its water under the bridge at this point. Only reviewing so Chrono24 will stop notifying me about it every time I log in.

I didn’t go through with the purchase for personal reasons but they were very professional about it and good response throughout the process

Received a watch other than the one in the picture. the purchased one has a defect in the dial. Also, the strap was a cheap third party product listed as original. No mention of it until I inquired. Seller said he couldn’t confirm, as if it was the first watch he ever sold. I would have let this go after the return and refund but the seller’s creative explanations and excuses didn’t sit well.

Incredibly responsive and professional. The photos of a few of the more noticeably worn areas of the watch were unfortunately not as clear as they could have been, but those areas were small in size. I would do business again with them.
