The lady in telephone/on-line sales, Ms Farrah was excellent.

対応は、早くとても良かった。親切でした。 しかし、商品は傷も多く新品や未使用品では無かった。 展示品か中古だと思います。ここは残念です。 基本的にはとても早く、親切で、良い店舗だと思いますので、また良い商品が何かあれば購入したいとは思います。

Der Händler hat immer recht schnell geantwortet. Einige unvorhersehbare Problematiken sind ebenfalls aufgetreten, die aber zeitnah aus der Welt geschafft wurden. Leider habe ich auf meine letzte Nachricht keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Kann den Verkäufer aber definitiv weiterempfehlen.

With new articles I am sure the dealer is ok and can be recommended, but I bought a used watch and had a negative experience. The watch was advertised as "used, with no, or almost not visible signs of usage", but unfortunately this was not the case, because, besides the usual "almost not visible signs of usage" on the case, the dial is quite badly scratched and damaged and shows also signs of fingerprints! On a positive note, the communication was fast, supportive, helpful and the packaging was impeccable!

Everything was perfect, except the fact that the strap did not match with the picture which was uploaded to Chrono24. Nevertheless, the seller agreed on a future discount immediately, in order to compensate for this issue.

My experience with Luxury Souq was very good. I have given 5 stars because it was worth it. The reason I marked down the accuracy of the pictures to 3 was there was only one photo. I also marked down the communication. I live in the UK and Luxury Souq in Dubai. so the time difference for replies was a little disjointed. but the main reason is they are very slow in responding, whilst you get there in the end you need to be patient.
