Courtesy and timeliness can certainly describe Vaessen Juweliers. I purchased a Ball Engineer III 904L Marvelight at an excellent price. I appreciated their willingness and prompt answers including a very quick shipping. I only noticed a minor difference in the description of the watch reference, compared to the one I received. Nonetheless they decently kept on assisting me after the delivery.

Friendly and kind seller, open to discuss the price but the piece wasn't new as mentioned that's why the sale process was canceled.
