Il commerciante risulta sicuramente affidabile. Non do 5 stelle per 2 motivi: 1) non ha segnalato sulla descrizione un particolare dell orologio per cui mi sono accorto solo successivamente della cosa guardando meglio la fotografia dell oggetto al pc( mentre prima le avevo viste solo tramite cellulare). 2) Fatto notare il " problema" e richiesto al venditore di venirmi incontro in qualche modo mi ha risposto che non poteva. Ho deciso quindi di acquistare comunque l'orologio perché' di mio gradimento ma se fosse riuscito a venirmi incontro avrebbe sicuramente meritato le 5 stelle. La comunicazione, seppur a tratti non tempestiva , e' stata soddisfacente anche se , da parte sua, sempre telegrafica e molto essenziale. Per maggiore correttezza devo comunque sottolineare che l orologio, pur non avendo una scatola originale, come da descrizione, e' arrivato con una bellissima scatola in legno lucido.

The watch is great but not in very good condition as described in the advertisemnt. The strap is worn out and the adjustment pin is faulty.

Vendeur agreable, repond rapidement. Seul bemole, lorsque je lui ai demandé de m'envoyer d'autres photos, il a refusé. Or je pense que lorsque l'on achète une montre à 1500€, prendre 5 minutes pour envoyer 3-4 photos en plus devrait etre evident. Nice dealer, reply very fast. Only minus, does not agree to send more pictures. When you want to buy a 1500$ watch, i think taking 5 extra minutes to send pictures should be a given.

Bei Versand leider nur eine 3, da das Paket mit FedEx gekommen ist und deshalb die Übergabe sehr problematisch war. FedEx hat in Österreich keine Paketshops bei denen Ware abgeholt werden kann.

Very high shipment cost for a watch part and took longer than expected until it was shipped. Part was as described and safe packaged. all good.

Csak azt nem értem miért kell kivenni az originált szíjból a pótszemeket? Azóta is próbálok találni hozzá,mivel így nem tudom viselni az órát.

Sendung war zunächst unvollständig, wurde dann vom Händler nach hin und her aber nachgereicht. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

The watch was packed in its original box. As boxes start to fade/rot after some years, it was not a good idea to place the 5-digit costly watch in there, just protected by a convenient plastic bag, which didn’t protect anything. The rotted inlay of the box was gather dust all over the watch. Furthermore the description said, that the watch was maintained, which is not true. I was sending the watch directly to Geneva for Service. The manufacturer from Geneva already called me and said that the watch was not maintained for years, the oils are telling. All other was good, though, so I can still recommend the dealer.

Great communication and worked through issues with the courier that had caused delays. Watch is in the condition as written, just was surprised by the measurements of the watch. Based on the 30x34 stated I expected something smaller, but it’s a larger watch than expected due to the lug to lug being around 46.

I bought an Omega watch from this seller. The watch was in good external conditions and looks like in the pictures. However it stopped working correctly after only 5 days. The seller proposes me to send back the watch but without guaranteeing that he could solve the problem. Other watch professionals who analyzed the problem told me that the problem should take 350/400€ to be repared.

L’orologio è arrivato con una macchia di grasso all’interno del vetro; ho dovuto farlo smontare per pulirlo. Il meccanismo dell’orologio prendeva 5 minuti al giorno, impensabile er un Valijoux 7750, pertanto ho dovuto farlo revisionare
