Very fast shipping, and item was packaged well. Good fast correspondences with seller. Item was marked as being manufactured in 2022 but it was not clear in the description that the warranty had started since then instead of at time of purchase so I was slightly disappointed to lose 25% of the warranty. Accuracy of watch was good (+/-4 sec), beat error was less ideal at 1.3ms (not sure whether this was as a result of shipping). Overall, would recommend this seller (with some minor points for improvement)

Delivery time took 4 weeks more than promissed. However best price and quick responses from the helpdesk.

Reliable, communication perfect, only little flaw was that offer did not include pictures, had to ask for pictures and confirmation.

The watch was faulty and that was vonfirmed by a local watchmaker. So I had to return the watch. The dealer however said they didn’t find anything wrong with the watch, and wanted to send it back to me unserviced. I had to decline. And then they suggested that ”maybe the reason for returning the watch was just a change of mind”. Questioning my integrity was certainly not expected. They are probably a decent dealership but the professionalism of their staff isn’t always on par.

Shipping was very slow. Not sure that seller had product in inventory when ordered placed but eventually it did arrive and I am happy.

Venditore, molto bravo nel primo approccio, con un ottimo supporto nella fase iniziale. Non sono rimasto soddisfatto dei tempi, perché non rispettati quelli detti in fase di conferma ordine, ma lo accetto ci posso essere dei ritardi, consiglierei di anticipare il cliente quando ci sono ritardi o altri problemi in modo che il cliente non spamma le messaggistiche. Questo potrebbe rendere l’esperienza a 5 stelle dall’inizio alla fine
