I was shocked - in a very pleasant way. The watch was just perfect. Although it was declared second-hand, I saw absolutely no signs of use. Not a single scratch. The delivery from the USA to Germany was super fast at 3 days. I can only highly recommend the dealer and especially Malinda, who answered my questions very kindly. It would be a pleasure to buy more watches from this shop.

I was very pleased with the condition of the watch. It was described as "very good" condition, but appeared flawless. I would not have argued with "unworn". The shipping was prompt, and the packaging was very secure with lots of protective padding. All paperwork accompanied the watch as advertised. I highly recommend this seller.

I purchased a Rolex Submariner from Store 5a via Chrono24, the transaction was pretty smooth with no issues other than credit card approvals which is expected with large online purchases. Jessie and Malinda at store 5a were great to work with, they answered all my questions very helpful with information and most importantly they were prompt with returning calls and emails. This was my first watch purchase over $2000 and I have to say that Malinda and Jessie made it a very good experience, everything was completed in a timely manner and above expectation.
