Good communication and excellent condition of the watch, with box and papers. Arranged pick up. But just to give a heads up, there was an error in terms of the description/ chrono 24 search code, it was actually a SBGE001 not a SBGE201, it was obvious from the pictures and documentation and pricing, but had a minor error in categorising on chrono 24. Have bought from this dealer before, would buy again .

It was very easy to deal with Akan and I felt confident at all stages that the transaction would be successful. This matters because I had bought two 'new' Submariners in the past few years from other Sellers (one on Chrono24) and both were scratched and covered in fingerprints. This watch was genuinely new and I am very pleased (it even had the bezel protector on it). I would say that Akan does himself a disservice - better photos of the watch would have been useful and would have shown clearly the excellent, absolutely mint condition. However, I am entirely happy with the sale and Akan did all he could to make sure everything that was supposed to be in the bundle was there. I recommend Watches from London without reservation.
