Gentilissimo, innanzitutto la ringraziamo per il suo commento, in quanto ciò ci consente di aiutare i nostri lettori a comprendere quanto seriamente consideriamo la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti nell'esperienza d’acquisto, anche e soprattutto qualora dovessero presentarsi delle situazioni impreviste come nel suo caso. L'orologio da lei acquistato tramite pagamento immediato su Chrono24 era stato già acquistato da un altro cliente e abbiamo dunque provveduto ad avvisarla tempestivamente, proponendole ben 2 soluzioni: acquistare lo stesso modello in un altra colorazione, oppure attendere la consegna direttamente dalla manifattura Hublot, il che avrebbe impiegato un paio di giorni lavorativi in più. Dal momento che le altre colorazione non erano di suo interesse, ha espresso l'intenzione di lasciare attivo l'ordine. L'orologio è stato spedito in data 20/12 tramite una consegna express assicurata, coperta interamente da noi. Per ragioni indipendenti dalla nostra volontà, la consegna dell'orologio è slittata a subito dopo il Natale, cosa molto frequente durante il periodo delle festività, dato proprio il volume delle merci da consegnare. Naturalmente questa condizione, certamente prevedibile, porta ad immaginare un possibile rallentamento e a non poter imputare la responsabilità di quanto accaduto esclusivamente ad un unico e solo attore del processo, processo che per altro organizziamo con precisione fin nei minimi dettagli. È importante, infatti, sottolineare che la serietà di un venditore dovrebbe necessariamente riguardare la capacità di affrontare e risolvere un problema quando si presenta, non l'insorgenza stessa del problema che statisticamente, si presenta in qualsiasi realtà. L’imprevisto è parte integrante dei fenomeni che si verificano naturalmente presso qualsiasi impresa. Tutto ciò contornato dalla sua scelta di recedere dall'acquisto, non accettando la consegna del corriere e rispendendo l'orologio indietro.
