Communication is everything. The seller and I went back and forth here and on ebay before the sale. I found the comms to be curt, but didn't think too much of it. However, once the sale was made, this dealer simply did not communicate — and the watch came running 12+ minutes fast and not in the "very good (9 out of 10) condition in the description. Horrible experience. Thankful that Chrono24 stepped in to help cover the cost of return shipping, because the seller didn't respond (other than to tell me to return the watch)... All could have been alleviated with a phone call, or even a written response about the watch condition. Instead: nothing. Read the other reviews. All of them. Don't make the mistake of going for cheaper. Because lower price is irrelevant when things go wrong. Communication is everything.

We arranged a sale, but my follow-up questions weren't answered. So Chrono24 cancelled it for me. I just wanted some normal brightness pictures of the watch. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was my experience, unfortunately.

They were able to help me with my asking price, however I didn't end up getting it as a difference in stock was needed but I would recommend and do myself buying from them again.

Watch was sold faulty - doesn’t keep time, in one hour it was -11minutes. So I spent USD $200 in taxes and foreign exchange fees and sending back and it wasn’t my fault!!! Very bad and expensive experience. Be aware that GEM is Pawn shop!!!

The watch was exactly as described, and the pictures were accurate. It was shipped very soon after purchase, and packaged very securely (I shook the box when it arrived and there was no movement), plenty of bubble wrap etc. I requested additional pictures prior to purchase but didn’t get any; at the end of the day, I’d purchase again. Thanks, I love the watch!

Overall very good experience. The watch represented in the posting and pictures were of the watch received, beautiful watch. Team was responsive and answered all questions quickly. The only comment was that the packaging could’ve been better but was adequate (styrofoam and bubble wrap ball inside of a large box), could’ve been better/nicer packaging given value of the watch. As I stated above though, good and responsive service and a well represented and beautiful watch. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you.
