la montre présente un bracelet réparé par le carrossier du coin avec des pièces qui ne viennent pas de chez Rolex, quand vous voyez pas beaucoup de photos sur une annonce ça sens pas bon ...la preuve sur ce deal a vite oublier. Par pitié soyez honnête sur l'état de vos montres à ce prix c 'est juste pas possible!! mais bon j'ai peut être pas eu de chance....

The watch was announced as new but when I received it I noticed it was not. The brand's sales card refers it has been sold 6 months ago in another country and to another person. The watch, although in very good condition, has wear marks on the bracelet as well as it didn’t have any tag or protective plastics.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. The date on the warranty card is always clearly mentioned in our ads, this should not come as a suprise to you. When a new watch is still in the protective plastics, we always mention so in our ad. New Rolex and Tudor watches are rarely sold with plastics still in place. For the scratches we do apologize, this must have happened when packing the watch. We offered to take back the watch, however this remained without any answer.

After I’ve asked by email to the seller if both the booklets were part of the set and the seller confirmed it to me I’ve received only one booklet. Once I’ve complained about the missing item, the seller has proposed to give me back 35€. For my opinion the professionalism missing at all. He had to verify before the shipping.

Reviewing per Chrono24’s recommendation. Seller, please refer to TC-7683039 to verify with your records. For transparency, the full timeline for potential customers: On 12 December, I inquired regarding the length of the bracelet and received a fast reply after 6 hours later. This is fast, especially considering the time zone difference (~8 hours) between us. After confirming it would fit me, I informed the seller I am proceeding to submit my order. On 14 December, I submitted my order, payment was verified, and payment was set to “Paid”. On 18 December, I received notification that the order has been canceled with reason, “This item has already been sold.” Seller did not communicate between the 14 and 18— radio silence; it was all the internal Chrono24 automation to inform me of the news. The two-star review is simply due to the carefully curated quality of pieces they carry. Otherwise disappointed with Filipucci Juweliers’s lack of communication. I am now currently waiting for the return payout to be successful before I can attempt to make another purchase with another dealer.
