What was promised: -"basically new, perfect condition" -Hasn't been polished -Full set -AD service What was delivered: -Movement in need of immediate full service. -Seller changed their story from AD service to AD inspection. Even so, I would be very surprised if an AD inspection doesn't include checking how the watch runs. Papers from AD inspection were not presented. -Both case and bezel polished by an amateur. They sent pictures of the bezel, but since I couldn't tell for sure I asked. Seller claimed never polished. They later said they had mixed up watches when saying that. Case polishing was not clearly shown in pictures or communicated. -Some package material grade box instead of original boxes as promised. Seller claimed that had been communicated. It had not. Once I requested returning the watch seller sent messages that I should hurry the return. But once they received the watch they were not in a hurry at all to accept the return. It took Chrono24 intervention to get my money back. Initial shipping was excellent, but this delay drops that rating. Replying to messages was quick and mostly polite. Unfortunately being quick doesn't help much when replies are bad excuses.
