Ho aspettato un mese, ma poi non avevano l’orologio che pubblicizzavano e sul quale ci eravamo accordati. Ho avuto il pagamento vincolato per un mese.

Het contact op zich verliep prima Ik werd netjes en op tijd te woord gestaan. Leverancier kon bestelde horloge echter niet leveren. Op aangeven van leverancier een ander vergelijkbaar horloge besteld, maar ook deze kon hij uitgebreid niet leveren. Veel tijd aan besteed met resultaat nul.

A week after I paid for the watch, the dealer could still not confirm when they would ship the watch. I then cancelled the purchase and bought from another dealer.

Schnelle und freundliche Antworten aber immer nur Vertröstungen hinsichtlich des Liefertermines. Nach 30 Tagen über dem Liefertermin immernoch keine Auskunft. Kauf abgebrochen.

Dopo aver concordato il prezzo mi è stato comunicato che l'orologio l'avrebbero spedito dopo 15/20 giorni, (poi sappiamo come vanno queste cose e le settimane si sprecano). Chi vende dovrebbe avere a proprie mani la merce e non incolpare fantomatici "fornitori".

Es ist schade das der Händler in Chrono 24 eine neue Uhr anbietet die beim Lieferanten nicht mehr bestellt werden kann! Ich habe mehrmals vor dem Kauf gefragt ob der Verkäufer sicher ist das er dasvon mir gewünschte Model bestellen kann. Der Verkäufer hat mir versichert das er das kann. --> Kann er offenbar nicht! Nach dem Kauf musste das Geld wieder zurück. Noch schlimmer ist das die gleiche Uhr wieder in Chrono24 inseriert ist unter dem Inseratecode CMYIY3! Was soll das? So verärgert man nur die Käufer.

New watch sent with many fingerprints, wrong package, defect by insensitively change size strap, mark of use. Too much arguments than seller offer discount. Positive: seller offer free shipping return but first time sent wrong label.

I bought an inexpensive watch from the seller. The watch should only cost about 1/7 of the market value, which is already quite strange for a commercial seller. So I asked several times for the serial number of the watch. The number was not given to me on the grounds that the buyer would only receive it upon delivery of the goods. This was also strange, because I can ask for the number myself if a concessionaire has the watch in stock and not the dealer. The purchase was then canceled. The reason was that the watch is not available.

avevo già completato un acquisto con loro e si erano dimostrati convenienti, solleciti e precisi. stavolta purtroppo dopo aver concluso la transazione ho ricevuto diverse comunicazioni a proposito di ritardi inattesi, oltre i tempi di consegna di più di un mese, per poi venire a sapere che il prodotto non era disponibile. ho dunque mancato i tempi per una ricorrenza a cui l'orologio era dedicato e, purtroppo, non ho neanche mai ricevuto alcun messaggio di scuse. consigliati se non avete esigenze specifiche di tempistiche e potete permettervi di aspettare oltre il concordato o magari dover rinunciare all'acquisto

Buona sera , il 5/12/2020 acquistavo il suddetto Seiko in quanto da annuncio del commerciante lo stesso risultava disponibile e quindi il tutto avveniva con largo anticipo rispetto al Natale con i suoi problemi di traffico eccetera , morale della favola?L'orologio mi è stato consegnato il 20/01/2021 , con la netta impressione che il venditore si fosse dimenticato della transazione , il 23/12/2020 ho dovuto entrare in negozio ed acquistare un regalo di Natale "sostitutivo" , quindi avete capito bene , 50 giorni per ottenere una cosa che doveva essere disponibile in al massimo 3 giorni , imbarazzante.

Mi hanno spedito la garanzia e tagliando giusto Orologio sbagliato 6007i invece del 6008i, arrivato il 28 dicembre 2020. Ad oggi 10 gennaio dopo un mese dall acquisto Sto ancora attendendo l arrivo dell orologio giusto, nonstante mi hanno comunicato che era disponibile, Attendiamo, Attendiamo sempre Dopo che a caratteri cubitali avevo evidenziato che ne avevo bisogno per 8 gennaio 2021. Hanno spedito l orologio giusto il 7 gennaio con spedizione standard, Dopo tutti gli errori neppure una riconoscenza almeno a spedirlo urgente con consegna il giorno successivo. Valutazione per i prossimi acquirenti: Non ho parole!!!!!!!!!

La montre est OK. En revanche montre reçu en retard de plus d’un mois.. Concernant le contact avec le vendeur si je n’allais pas au devant du vendeur il ne venait pas à moi pour me tenir informé de la date d’expédition. J’ai également un autre souci donc j’ai fait part au vendeur à plusieurs reprises sans obtenir de réponse; Je n’ai eu absolument aucune facture avec le numéro de série de la montre. De plus le certificat trusted check out comporte un autre numéro de série que la montre reçu! Bref je suis très mitigé.

Ordine completato il 9 luglio. Prima di farlo, avevo informato Spazio21 che avrei annullato un ordine con un altro venditore, ma solo se loro mi avessero garantito che i tempi di consegna erano quelli indicati nell’annuncio (che recava “disponibilità immediata”). Mi hanno risposto che l’articolo era in arrivo dalla casa madre e lo avrei ricevuto entro la fine di luglio, al massimo inizi di agosto, chiedendomi di completare l’ordine in giornata (cosa che ho fatto). Da quel momento, sono stato sempre io a chiedere informazioni, ed è partito un susseguirsi di scuse di ogni genere (pausa estiva, ritardi, approssimarsi di un secondo lockdown, etc), fino ad arrivare ad ammettere che non avevano il controllo della spedizione. Sono passati 4 mesi. Ordine annullato il 6 novembre. Comunicazione sempre su mia sollecitazione, ma comunque sempre cordiale.

Im Exposé steht Lieferzeit 2 Wochen. Nach sehr unfreundlicher Kommunikation und kein ernst nehmen habe ich den Kauf nach 16 Wochen warten und hinhalten abgebrochen. Ich wurde jede zweite Woche erneut angelogen, dass es auf dem Weg sei. Sehr schade als erster Kauf.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the dealer. The specified delivery time was not adhered to, I had to keep asking when the watch would come, although I was always told that the watch would be on time after 4-6 weeks from the order. After the 6th week it was time to ask again for then they said the watch should definitely come for September. When I last asked if they knew when the watch was going to be delivered, they couldn't tell me the exact time. I understand that you had to order the watch in-house, but why write in the ad that it is available immediately and then suddenly it says that it still has to be delivered and it can take 4-6 weeks and then after 9 weeks it is said that you cannot give an exact time. It's good that there is a trusted checkout.

I didn’t expect what im received In the Chrono24 Application clearly mentioned its unworn, but when I received its different things Too much small scratches And it’s totally used watch. Based on that i take my decision to not deal with Chrono24 and Spizo21 any more in my life

Disappointing. Asked if the watch was available before I ordered and was told it was available and could have it delivered in about 7-10 days. After ordering the delivery time was a couple of days more than the 7-10 mentioned earlier. No messages or watch after two weeks and I contacted them, after which I was told that delivery would take another 3 weeks, due to the fact that “some couriers are on vacation”. Which I found hard to believe since I have had no troubles with any parcel from abroad whatsoever. Canceled the order, which went smoothly though. Communication was fast.

Ordered a watch that supposed to be available, but was not. The order time was 4-5 weeks. I cancelled the order after 3 months. During waiting time the price on the watch dropped almost every day which according to this dealer was a glitch. The price I ordered for could not be changed. No problems in communication. Reaction is fast, even on non working hours.

disappointing experience all round really. They advertised the watch as being available so i bought it. It was NOT available, they were sourcing it from some third party who was not able to deliver so my order was cancelled. To make it worse the lack of availability only came to light because i chased up the order.

The watch works as expected, and the package was properly done. Shipment could have been done in a more secure way and the electronic warranty could have been activated the day before the shipment instead of months before. Regardless, the biggest problem was that, while the watch was described as a male watch, the dealer shipped the item with a woman wrist band (105-65) instead of a 'standard' male wrist band (120-80) and failed to highlight this in the description or to mention it during the checkout process. I have asked the dealer for a substitution but have received no answer after days. I believe this is unacceptable regardless of whether the dealer was physically closed for vacation (the dealer is shown as not available for weeks) as this is an ONLINE SHOP. Eventually, I had to buy a new wrist band separately for $400. Since the dealer failed to support a customer during the after sale process, I would not recommend it for a transaction.
