Watch was sold faulty - doesn’t keep time, in one hour it was -11minutes. So I spent USD $200 in taxes and foreign exchange fees and sending back and it wasn’t my fault!!! Very bad and expensive experience. Be aware that GEM is Pawn shop!!!

Generally very bad communication from dealer, I was ignored multiple times when I was enquiring important questions on shipping, this lead to delay in delivery. My request for a proper box to store the watch to protect is was ignored, instead it was just wrapped in cheap bubble wrap, luckily the watch was unharmed. Overall it is a great watch and it will be appreciated on it's own, and the bad service will not be saved by it. If you like a particular watch, look for other dealers that care and will communicate better.

We apologize for your delay with customs. Fedex tried to reach you multiple times and their calls went unanswered leading to the delay time you referenced above. As noted in the description, this item did not come with a box or paperwork. We are glad you are enjoying the timepiece. But next time make sure you are aware on the logistics of placing an international order of high value.

I offered a lower price than was advertised. They accepted, when they filled out the paperwork for shipping they over stated cost of watch and where it came from so I ended up having to pay extra for shipping that negated the saving of the price . Really cheap attitude to show towards a customer. Would not recommend dealing with them. Other reviews have the same problem.

We arranged a sale, but my follow-up questions weren't answered. So Chrono24 cancelled it for me. I just wanted some normal brightness pictures of the watch. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was my experience, unfortunately.
