Got notified watch needed a repair for the quick set function and that my watch would be shipped once repair was complete. Received the watch and it did not work at all… ridiculous, was quoted 500+ for the repair and was offered less than 80$ for the repair from the seller. Returning the watch would leave me at a negative of -450$ or so due to duties and shipping. Overall terrible experience I have no watch, and lost an extra 500$ on top of the watch at minimum due to it not running at all.

3k for a panerai gmt....gmt function didn't work...date changes at 9 pm not midnight...was told it was easy to fix with a local dealer and offered me a poor amount to get it fix....($200) Nothing short of crimal behavior

Item arrived broken. Watch was never working and they sold it to me regardless. I received a refund thanks for Chrono 24 but was not able to get a refund for my customs duties. Dishonest seller.

The watch itself was fine. But the strap was NOT "GENUINE LEATHER" as advertised, but the cheapest PLASTIC and worst quality I have ever seen. It was so hard and stiff, it was difficult to even just get it off the watch. When I, therefore, politely asked for them to offer me a discount, there was zero response.

Claimed "fully functional" clasp is totally non functional and will cost 1500$ to replace, claimed "blue" dial, is not blue, its grey/slate. Tried to contact for resolution, no response yet. Item substantially not as described.

The seller misrepresented a fake as real. Though I did manage to get my money refunded the seller had an obligation to accurately describe the watch, which he failed to do. Had he specified that the watch was not genuine I would not have purchased it and would have been spared the hassle of proving it was a fake and demanding a refund.

In this case, product was found defective prior to shipment. Dealer stated would attempt to repair and ship after after repair if the repair could be completed. However, there was no established timeline and updates and response time to messages was very limited. This lead me to feel uneasy about the purchase, so I requested a withdrawal from the purchase. I would perhaps buy from them again as they have a good selection. BUT I would need complete confirmation as to in stock and function prior to purchasing. While this maybe an isolated incident, I will definitely scrutinize any further purchases. For any product at this cost and if there are issues, constant updates and consistent communication is key.

Hello, I am not happy with this watch sales professional! I had confirmed my purchase for this watch and accept i offer but I asked him several times for a pictures of the case back and a pictures of the movement he never sent me these pictures!! and I asked it several times with no answers!! greetings.

Initial communication was ok. Agreed upon a price as per dealers message and then dealer never followed through or returned message as to why not. Disappointing

I ordered an omega railmaster from this seller, his description said this was the 42mm model, I ordered and when I received this was the 39mm model ( small for my wrist) I don’t see the point to lied about the size!! I’m very disappointed with this seller!

Shipping was fast and the watch was packaged decently, however the watch sent did not match the description at all. It was described as a 39mm men's watch but the watch that arrived was 29mm and unwearable because of this. Communication was slow however the return process was smooth. I hope that the dealer improves by communicating better and listing their items accurately and checking them before shipping. If things improve in the future I would consider doing business again, however the inaccurate description is a very serious error for a high value watch.

Shipping took more than a month. Very slow shipping and overall bad experience. The watch itself was good.

Der Händler war Top, sehr nett, der Artikel ist nicht bei mir angekommen, trotzdem war die Rückerstattung schnell und problemlos.

Het horloge is prima echter de band was een ander kleur. Nadat ik een totaal andere kleur band heb gekregen dan op de afbeelding stond was ook deze onbruikbaar . Zonder gesp.

The packaging was awful hence the fact the watch wasn't working when it arrived. It arrived in a flimsy box, some sparse bubble wrap around the watch only and knocking and rattling in the box. So the +63 seconds description was never going to be the case as described. For a professional watch dealer to send a 60 year old vintage watch in this manner is incredulous. The communication was fine up until they offered £60 as a refund amount to get the watch fixed. To service a day date watch is never going to be £60. Then there solution is to send the watch back and wave goodbye to the import and courier custom fees of £68 I paid. Thankfully Chrono24 offered to pay £57 on top after i took it to Chrono24 mediation, which was a tremendous gesture. As I explained it would cost a minimum of £120 to service and that is without any additional parts needed. The problem is anything can happen in business, its how you react to a situation. I was reasonable and concise and they were just lacklustre and unreasonable with there offer. Especially when the problem most likely was a result of there packaging or lack of it. Ten out of ten to Chrono24, its a shame Closer do not mirror Chrono24 customer service.
