Receive the Rolex Dayonta ($45K) with a deep dent to the watch case. That area in the seller photos were obscured/blurry. I contacted the seller who acknowledged the damage and agreed to fix it "for free" if I flew from Austin to New York on my own dime. He said he would find someone in Austin to help but he never did. I would find a more reputable dealer than Sea Wave Diamonds. PS. 4/5 stars for shipping because three days after confirmation of wire was received by Chrono24, I still had to message the dealer about shipping the item - he said he'll ship it out as soon as possible. Also, the item was not in a hard box - the Rolex box was placed in a FedEx plastic envelope.

Dealer ended up retracting a watch listed that was ready to be purchased. Can’t say much about the dealer other than a purchase request was made and then was told the watch is no longer for sale.

Packaging was less than desirable as seller progressively stuffed ascending FedEx envelopes and boxes to avoid shipping in a proper shipping container with appropriate cushioning. Seller charged $65 for shipping, but FedEx delivered 2nd day, rather than "priority overnight" as marked on invoice. When I asked for Sea Wave Diamonds to help me get FedEx to refund the shipping, to which FedEx said they would do if the shipper asked for the refund rather than me, Sea Wave started back peddling and giving me unreasonable excuses for denying to help me. Sea Wave did send me a near perfect watch, but if you want service after the sale, then beware, because they essentially "ghosted" me since I bought the watch. Regardless of how Sea Wave tries to spin these remarks in their response to my review, just know this is an experience a potential buyer should consider before purchasing from them. I will remove this review if Sea Wave Diamonds comes through on their "after the sale" assistance. But, if it is still here, then they didn't fulfill a position of professionalism like most of the other sellers on this site. In the last month I've been making requests to Sea Wave Diamonds, it has been nothing but a run around on their end.

I paid for the watch and the order got cancelled without warning or notice and I was waiting for the watch to get delivered. I understand that it was cancelled because the watch had some issues but a notice to let me know would have been nice

Unfortuantely I was sold a watch that didnt have a guarantee and had a fault which was immediately apparent when the watch was delivered. It was a huge pain to rectify and has taken nearly 2 months to get my money back

Die Uhr wurde als "neuwertig" angeboten. Zum Kaufpreis musste ich noch ca. 2000€ zusätzlich investieren, da die Uhr erhebliche technische Mängel aufwies, die in der Artikelbeschreibung keine Erwähnung fanden (Aufzugskrone und Lederband waren keine Original-Teile, Ganggenauigkeit lag außerhalb der Toleranz, Glas war stark verkratzt und musste getauscht werden, Ziffernblatt war beschädigt, ein Chrono-Drücker war verbogen). Fazit: Zuzüglich der Zollgebühren hätte ich für dieses Geld auch eine neue Uhr bekommen.

Watch was as pictured. Box was damaged, and disfigured. Dealer was ok to deal with. Would recommend to visit their store in New York.

Purchased a Rolex SD 2007. The photos on the post were not the original and low res. Additionally, although the description on the posting said 2007, it was a 2005 model which the seller actually did share in advance. When I received the watch, credit to the seller, it was perfectly packaged and protected however there was a chip on the crystal that although small still noticeable to pay full price. When I contacted the seller, he offered to change the crystal for free next time I am in NY (I live in CA) or trade up at no extra fee. He suggested that returning the item would incur a fee eventhough the quality of the product was not as advertised. In the end, I paid to ship the watch back and get a refund. The watch has been returned for about a week and in the meantime no sign of the refund or update from Chrono.

I posted a rating about the certification/papers I received that was negative. However, after looking at the papers, it SEEMS to be authentic. The reason I posted a negative review was because the papers was different than a CARD with the serial number on it from an actual Cartier dealer that I bought for my wife. Thus, I reacted hastily but thought about it later and realized that the certification could have changed after some passing years. So, I believe that this watch is authentic. The only concern I have that it actually looks newer and in better condition than the picture posted.

I am completely dissatisfied with this attempted purchase. The watch that was listed for sale had already been sold. Instead of telling me that, Sea WAVE SENT a different watch and took my payment. I have returned that watch and I am waiting for a full refund. This was a very disappointing experience.
