Watch arrived damaged and malfunctioning. Somehow jostled in shipping and losing 15 minutes of time per day. I am now going through the inconvenience of finding an authorized dealer (very few in the United States so I am waiting a few weeks for a cross-country business trip to bring the damaged watch to a San Francisco authorized dealer to repair). The watch is under warranty so I expect the repairs will be covered but this is an unfortunate headache I am forced to handle on my own.

Being trapped in US custom for a month is definitely out of our hands. Its US custom who are the one processing the release of the shipment. On our part, I follow-up with them everyday requesting to release the parcel as all the paper works is being submitted and nothing required from us further. And sad to hear that its "damaged and malfunctioning" wherein the watch is brand new and you told me its "gorgeous". Nevertheless, the 15 minutes delay (before you said 10 minutes) might due to rough transport. The watch has warranty and hoping it will be fixed soon. If you need any help in the future, we are always here for you.

Nachdem ich das Angebot des Händlers angenommen und bezahlt habe und mit ihm die weiteren Details für den Versand geklärt hatte wurde der Vorgang völlig überraschend beendet, da anscheinend die Uhr in der Zwischenzeit verkauft wurde. Dies kann nur nach der Klärung der Versanddetails passiert sein, da ab diesem Zeitpunkt bis zu meiner Nachfrage nach dem Versand keine Kommunikation erfolgte. Ein derartiges Vorgehen ist einfach eine Frechheit.

braucht etwas lang mit dem beantworten der Fragen oder der Bearbeitung. Wollte eine Uhr mit einem Krokodil Armband. Aus Dubai kann man es leider nicht versenden. Er wollte nur die Uhr versenden ohne Band. War nicht einverstanden.

I’ve paid the watch at the end of August, and I’ve received it at the beginning of November. The supplier always replied to me in a very kind way, but the process was really, really slow. First problem: They’ve found that the box was ruined. We’ve found an agreement and they gave me a discount. Then they were not able to find the documents (at the end they’ve found them). Finally they’ve sent the watch without the Cites-Certificate, so the watch was blocked in the customs for quite 3 weeks. They’ve given me the money back, to buy a new strap and they’ve paid also the costs for the customs, so at the end everything was OK. I’m happy that I’ve purchased this watch with Chrono24 because maybe I could had problems. At the end the watch is OK and also the final price is fair. I’m happy. Some problems during the process and really a lot of time, but I’m happy. I’m sure you understand that I cannot give you 5 stars. With other suppliers I receive the watch in 1 week, with box and without any problem! However, I can recommend you as vendor. Please next time try to speed-up the process. Regards

I'm disappointed the sale didn't work out. They had the AP Diver I was looking for and advertised it as 'mint' or essentially unworn. I agreed to the deal and initiated the payment. They reached out to me the next day and said there was a problem with the rubber strap. Basically it was creased and nearly cracked in half with signs of previous repair (looked like colored glue on the inside). That certainly isn't unworn or mint. I credit them for telling me and not just shipping the watch. I canceled the sale and Chrono 24 refunded the payment.
