Achtung: Angaben aus dem Inserat besitzen bei diesem Händler einen größeren Interpretationsspielraum. Hiermit meine ich in meinem Fall die Angabe "New Service". Hierüber gibt es keine offizielle Dokumentation. Des weiteren wird nicht alles ausgeliefert, was angegeben wird. Zwar steht in der Anzeige, man erhalte das originale Booklet, aber dieses wurde nicht mitversendet.

Man hätte denn Zustand des Bandes besser beschreiben können! Ich musste mit der Uhr zum Goldschmied um es zu verändern da sie das bei Rolex nicht machen. Das Band würde auch nicht mehr lange halten hat man mir bei Rolex Deutschland gesagt.

Mr Seidl of LUWATRA was responsive to my questions and inquiries before purchasing the Air-King, he added a 12th link to the oyster bracelet and accepted to do a water-resistance test before sending the watch. Especially with Rolex little extra services are not self understood with the secondary market dealers who trade in that most sought after brand these days. What surprised me after receiving the watch was the following: it had been advertised with new service, but after inquiring on the date of the service Mr Seidl told me there had been none and instead of being serviced the Air-King had just been "checked". Then upon close examination I discovered some micro scratches on the sapphire crystal, so the watch was NOT in perfect condition like advertised. Oyster case, bracelet and bezel were immaculate though. In general the post sale communication was not entirely satisfying: Mr Seidl did not answer my last question: why is his certificate of authenticity only valid for the watch, but not for the bracelet and the box? To be entirely convinced of the authenticity I had to check with my local watch repair boutique. Everything's in order and I am sure that LUWATRA is a serious and reliably Rolex dealer. The communication was a tad dissatisfactory though.

ROLEX EXPLORER II Communication was quick when I bought the watch so that was reassuring. But 5 days after cleared payment, seller hadn't even bothered to send the watch. When I contacted him, I got a lame excuse about Customs procedures which were absolutely untrue! Anyway, I finally received the watch, but I was very disappointed as the watch movement was jammed and did not work, eve though it was advertised as Just Serviced. It cost me a 109 EUROS to return the watch. Chrono24 will refund the purch

Die Uhr hatte an der Lünette einen Riss, der bei der Produktbeschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Nach genauerer Betrachtung eines Uhrmachers, hatte dieser dann schnell gesehen, dass die Lünette gelötet wurde und diese deshalb gar nicht mehr wasserdicht ist. Sie wäre nicht mal vor Regen geschützt und das Ersetzen der Lünette beim offiziellen Rolex Fachhändler würde ungefähr 1200CHF kosten. Luwatra konnte mir auch keine befriedigende Lösung präsentieren, da ich bei der Rückgabe auf den Mehrwertsteuern von 399 CHF sitzen bleiben würde. Mir ist es bewusst, dass es eine Vintage Uhr ist. Jedoch erwarte ich dass ein solcher Schaden wie bei der Lünette bei der Beschreibung erwähnt wird.
