L'orologio è arrivato NON funzionante nonostante il venditore avesse assicurato che funzionava correttamente e non c'era neanche bisogno di una revisione. Ho portato l'orologio dal mio orologiaio di fiducia e lui mi ha detto che la spirale in silicio era rotta, come se ci fosse stato il tentativo di regolare la marcia dell'orologio in modo maldestro che ha causato la rottura. Su suo consiglio, visto che l'orologio è ancora in garanzia, è stato inviato alla casa madre per la riparazione. Il venditore dice che, secondo lui, la rottura sarebbe avvenuta in fase di spedizione e sarebbe disponibile ad accettare il reso. Il problema è che tra costi di spedizione, dazi, oneri doganali e iva l'operazione costerebbe quasi la metà di quanto pagato l'orologio. Quindi attendo l'orologio lo tengo e attendo la riparazione.

Very fast shippment, but description should be better and more detailed. There was a hair on the clock hands, which was not visible ok the pictures.

梱包は丁寧にされていたが、風貌に指紋が目立っていたのでこういうところは改善して欲しいと感じた。またダイバーズエクステンションの部分がかなり汚れており、固着していたが、その旨が一切記載されていなかった。日差に関しても、-1秒と記載されていたが実際は-3〜4秒ほどで、説明文と異なっていた。

The watch looks exactly as the pictures, in fact it is better. There is, however, an issue with the mechanism which was not stated in the description. The watch starts and stops and when it is working it runs very fast. I have had the battery changed and this was not the issue. I will now have to take it to be fixed…if it can be fixed.

The watch is great and the shipping was fast. Unfortunatly the band did not have all the links and it did not fit on my wrist even though I’m quite skinny. I had to buy some elsewhere and the seller wasn’t helpful.

The watch delivered earlier than i expected which was very happy. Howevever didn't have enough time to inspect on the day. few days later I found the second hand sweeping wasn't right. ticking while sweeping which didn't mention on the description. asked a quesiton how we can sort this issue out, but no answer, since then i asked again still no reply. very disappointed. I gave up to keep chasing and waste my time, will bring the watch to the local watchmaker to have a look.

La montre ne correspond pas du tout à la photo. Je ne souhaite pas la garder. Ou alors, c’est une erreur de sa part, mais je suis frustré et furieux

Ware ok und wie angegben. Lieferung rasch. Gut verpackt. Aber Kommunikation auf Englisch leider sehr schwierig. Schafften es nicht die Uhr beim Händler für die erweiterte Garantie freischalten zu lassen....

Item was wrapped well. Shipped very quickly. Prices were excellent. Photos were good. Communication was absolutely horrendous. Doesn't reply to all the questions, super slow too, pretty much one answer every 24 hours. They also have this weird policy of not revealing the serial number, while others display it openly. I could easily drop by the shop to look at the serial number before making a decision, but too bad I am not in Japan. Why keep it a secret? For something as personal and sentimental as a watch, I would really like to have more information. Might be lost in translation but the communication was so poor.

I sent the item back to the seller dealer as I did not consider it to be a genuine Franck Muller watch.

Could respond quicker

The watch is in serious need of a service. Dive bezel barely turns. Screws in the bracelet won’t budge and are not in good shape. The movement would not change date automatically through the night the first couple of days and the suddenly fine.

Good vintage watches but not much communication

I’ve bought five watches from closer. Two were good and as described. One had a problem and I got a partial refund. One didn’t work at all and I’ve just sent it back for a full refund. One was already sold and the ad hadn’t been taken down. Their quality control needs improvement, however they will fix problems that happen so you can buy knowing you be fine either way

I bought a Hamilton. Wore it about 5 times. The wristband fell off because of a screw which fell out of a hollow pin which held it in place. I need a screw...or something. But I've had no response in reply to my inquiry. I just bought this watch! Other dealers have been good with their communication.

Package came late because it went to the wrong house. I didn't get any compensation for this as well.
