The watch is in perfect shape but it doesn’t appear to be new. The leather on the band was falling apart and I had to replace it. Perhaps it was old stock but I have never seen a watch strap on an unworn watch in such poor condition.

It seems the bubble wrap without a delivery carton box has worked well in the past according to the Dealer, but mine came with some damage to the original box for the watch. I would not mind paying a little more for a cardboard carton box to contain the watch original box. Dealer kindly apologized, but not much he can do about the damage. Without waiting for buyers to ask, the Dealer should inform the name of the AD who supplied the watch he is reselling to buyers for warranty registration. Otherwise, the watch I got was genuine (as far as I could tell) as it could be registered. Would also recommend the Dealer to place more photos of the product on Chrono24. For example, I appreciate that Japanese dealers will place good pictures of the products they re-sell, especially 2nd-hand, even if they are required to do so by law. It builds public confidence in the Dealer. Dealer still recommended, just recommend customers/buyers to engage the Dealer and clarify as much as possible.

Seller had excellent communication throughout the transaction and was easy to deal with. The hang up came with shipping and the delayed arrival of the watch (14 days not 6). If I knew it would have taken this long would have purchased directly from Breitling at a premium. All in all a great buy!

Beautiful watch, well packaged and took a little longer to arrive than communicated. Only issue with watch is it runs 5 mins fast per hour which is a real concern. I will have to find a dealer who can help adjust the timing hopefully to correct standards and hopefully without cost. My only question to the dealer is did they not check that the watch was running accurately before shipping it?

I returned the watch and the seller did not offer to support shipping back so it was very expensive for me to ship with insurance. Also, because I took the plastic wrap off the bracelet, the seller did not give me a full refund. The seller was not bad to work with, but please be careful if you may need to return as I lost several thousand dollars on this transaction.

We use DHL for our shipment they are very fast but customs in some countries are very slow and they like to keep packages and it is out of our hand or courier company all depends to your customs.

Kindly, thank you for your review but we would like to mention that the delivery time was in the timeline and no delay associated in delivery, as the purchase request was on 10th Feb and we received the payment at 10 pm, so we prepared the shipping on 11th Feb which was Thursday and as you live in Dubai and would know that Friday is public holiday and courier company does not work, courier collected the item on Saturday 13th and delivered on 14th ( in timeline). Kindly, thank you for your feedback we appreciate it but your feedback has a delusory word I would like to clarify that the watch has not any issue, the watch was new, with a sticker and without any sign of wear, the only thing is the year of warranty which was Nov 2020 as **we mentioned in the description the year 2020**, same as 90% of watches in chrono24 which will not provide the current date of purchase, Specially our watch even was not registered, the client can register under his/her name. In case the client needs a current date for watches should buy from a boutique with the retail price. **The watch which our dear client returned was sent to another client directly and hope to see his feedback on the watch soon.** Thank you
