I can say that I am completely satisfied with the purchase. For a long time I could not find a gift for my wife for her anniversary. The seller was in touch and kindly answered questions at any time. Die Uhr wurde zu einem angemessen Preis angeboten aber mit überhöhten Versandkosten. Bei Kaufinteresse wurde der Versand noch einmal 300 € erhöht.

Transaction TC-4984591 was delivered in a timely manner given it came from overseas, the description was accurate and from the , the watch appeared to be the one in the photos which showed little to no signs of wear. My issue is twofold, approximately 45 days after receiving the watch (I had worn it less than 5 or 6 times) the watch stopped working. I contacted the seller with no response and spoke to a Chrono rep who emailed the seller asking if they would be willing to assist and the seller didn’t respond to Chrono either. As it turns out the watch needed an overhaul (a complete service), gaskets replaced, pressure testing and the amplitude was extremely low, this according to a reputable watch repair shop in Miami. Obviously the seller’s inspection of the watch never went beyond the outside. I would proceed with caution and get confirmation that the internals have been inspected if you choose to purchase a watch from this seller, I would never buy again from them.

After I placed the order for this watch at the fixed price, the dealer cancelled my order. I thought it was unavailable. However, the dealer posted it for sale again. When I send messages to say I am still keen, there is no response from this dealer. Communication was really bad.

unfortunately the dealer did not respond to my request, I asked for the photo of the guarantee certificate and I did not receive any reply !! in addition, the watch had no links and I tightened it so I had to buy two shirts out of my pocket, you don't sell a watch with a tight bracelet. in addition, the kit did not have the gmt booklet and the protection for the guarantee !!! positive aspect is that the watch is very nice.

The watch was exactly as described. The packaging was great and the tracked delivery was everything you could wish for. I highly recommend this trader and will definitely purchase from them again in the future. This purchase was a great experience in every respect. :-)
