After we both had agreed on the purchase, the trader told me that the watch was malfunctioning and cancelled the purchase, just to submit the watch with a higher price the next day again, advertised as "working".

Reactie van de handelaar:

We didn't publish the watch the next day with a higher price. When the transaction is canceled the watch is automatically available again but we canceled the announcement immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience but for sure we didn't cancel the transaction just to re-publish the watch at a higher price.

Alors qu'un problème est apparu peu de temps après la livraison , la montre s'est arrêtée. J'ai prévenu le vendeur qui a immédiatement proposé plusieurs solutions , y compris la reprise et le remboursement. entretemps j'ai emmené la montre chez un horloger qui montrait une pile très faible. Après changement, la montre est repartie et aujourd'hui elle fonctionne très bien. Félicitations au vendeur pour sa réaction rapide et son grand sens commercial. A recommander. daniel Bulliard
