tout s'est globalement bien passé, hormis le fait que j'avais dit au vendeur que je serai absente entre noël et jour de l'an. Il a quand même envoyé la montre. Il a donc fallu jongler avec UPS !! Au final la montre est arrivée elle est superbe !

Nachdem ich erst ein Angebot einholen musste, ich dieses akzeptiert habe, bezahlt habe, wurde die Bestellte fast 2 Wochen später abgebrochen, weil der Artikel doch nicht lagernd war. Als hätte man das vorher nicht wissen können. Finde ich absolut nicht in Ordnung!

However, we are also forced to point out your INCORRECT behavior in this transaction, as you had already asked us for the watch a week earlier, but had let the offer expire without making the payment. Then, once the second offer was requested, we took the risk of accepting it anyway to satisfy you, even though it was Christmas week and many watches were sold to customers in the store. In fact, after having had to cancel the order we also received a penalty from Chrono24, which we will pay, because our company is one of the most SERIOUS and PROFESSIONAL companies in the world, and is made up of people who sacrifice themselves every day for satisfaction of its customers.
